BIRTHDAY WISHES OR CONDOLENCES?

Today is the Birthday of the signing of the Constitution for the United States of America. Millions of Americans are celebrating with reverence this great historical document and the founders who fought to make it possible, then labored to make it happen. Of course you may not see this celebration taking place unless you are a FOX NEWS watcher as I doubt the progressive puppet; mainstream media will dedicate much if any coverage.

While Patriotic Americans celebrate the founding documents, those in federal government, created by the same, are gleefully holding a good old fashioned Irish wake while they systematically dismantle every check and balance the founders so carefully embedded in it. While the people gather to assert their unalienable rights the federal government attempts, without Constitutional power or lawful standing, to strip them of the rights only God can bestow which is the very foundation of the nation.

Every member of the House, the Senate, Executive and Judicial branches of government must take an oath to uphold and defend the very document they are trying to destroy. Not only is the destruction of the foundation of America unconstitutional and unlawful, it is treasonous but today those oaths mean nothing as our representatives put their political careers and agenda first and far ahead of the interests of the people and this country. Politicians scramble on both sides of the isle to remain in power after the November mid-term elections regardless of the consequences. Nothing, including the prosperity and security of the nation outweighs their personal agenda.

Republicans desperately try to convince the people that they are the answer, that those who have sold them out time after time have suddenly changed their ways and are listening as they realize the Tea Parties are truly a grass roots and very powerful body. Shock hits the foundation of the Republican Party as long standing incumbents are thrown aside by the votes of the people. Democrats, in a frantic race to sustain power in the legislative branch fruitlessly distance themselves from the toxic influence of a failed presidency realizing too late the power of the very people they so blatantly chose to betray over the last 19 months.

As November looms, politicians are reaping what they’ve sewn for their betrayal when refusing to listen to the people who put them in office. While they were busy passing or continuing to attempt to pass massive bills containing hidden Trojan Horses in direct violation of the Constitution to appease special interests from whom they took money and the Socialist Progressive agenda of the radical leftist administration, the people peacefully take charge.

Still they can’t seem to wean themselves from the corruption as they continue a last ditch effort to seal the fate of America and sell her out to the Global Socialist Agenda. First it was the completely unconstitutional Health Care Bill which violates the Constitution under Article 6 and the 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th,9^th,and 10^th amendments under the Bill of Rights and which, if upheld, allows Congress to transfer to the Obama Administration major authority over the everyday lives of the American people and the businesses they thought they owned.

When the State of Arizona after repeatedly begging the federal government to enforce the immigration laws and protect her people, passes her own law in order to get the job done, the administration sues them, not once but twice! Again in direct violation of the Constitution, Article I, section 8, clause 4, Article I, Section 9, clause 1, and Article III, Section 2, clause 2. To make matters worse, for the first time in history an American President goes whining to the U.N. like a spoiled two year old when he can’t make the State of Arizona get in line with his personal agenda or that of his handlers, probably both.

When it becomes clear to the Obama administration that if he does not find a way to pass amnesty for the 12 to 20 million illegals on American soil he can kiss his voter base in 2012 goodbye, but the nation rises up in opposition, Senate Majority leader Harry Reid decides to sneak it in via the Defense Authorization Bill in the form of the Dream Act. This too is in direct violation of the Constitution. Mr. Reid apparently is under the mistaken perception that this will endear him to his constituency come November and help to ensure his seat in the Senate.

Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer join Bill Clinton and Obama in the push to pass the United Nation's Convention on the Rights of the Child treaty which will strip every ounce of parental rights from the people and bestow them upon a foreign entity. Not to mention the immense damage it will do to America’s children. This is in violation of the WHOLE Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and DOES constitute high treason!

What’s a little more treason though when the HIGHEST of high treason was already committed by the last president when George W. Bush signed into being the North American Union dissolving the sovereignty of the United States of America and without the permission, indeed without consultation of and with the American people, agreed to become one entity with Canada and Mexico! Taking that into consideration how can the borders be defended when according to that particular act of treason, THEY DON’T EVEN EXIST?

Meanwhile, why stop there? Even though the writing is so clearly on the wall for the Progressives come November, they are not about to give up so easily. While we are spinning our heads like Linda Blair in the “Exorcist”, trying to keep up with the lies, the likes of which we haven’t heard since Bill Clinton outlined his platonic relationship with Monica Lewinski, and sneaky tactics being thrown our way, they are still determined to pass in any way possible, The Disclose Act, “yet another attack on the right to vote coming from Congress and the White House. First, Congress will do everything it can to limit the free speech efforts by people who disagree with this administration from influencing the election. Secondly, the DOJ has virtually declared an open season during the 2010 election for groups supporting the left to do what is necessary to intimidate voters who might oppose the progressive agenda.”

And if that doesn’t quite do the trick, enter the Move Act which requires the various Secretaries of State to mail out absentee ballots to our military personnel 45 days prior to an election. It has now been learned that in a recent meeting with DOJ officials, the various Secretaries of State have been told not to worry about that pesky law because the DOJ has no intention of enforcing it.

Then there is the ever popular voter intimidation; apparently it is the purpose of the New Black Panthers to serve their twisted socialist masters by appearing at the doors of polling places in a threatening manner in the hopes of turning away any votes not in line with the current administration.

It would take until the Constitution’s next birthday to include all the assaults it has taken in just the last 10 years as the nation is shoved toward a Socio Communist One World Order but those I have included are enough to finally get the job done if the people do not wake up, stand up and keep standing.

So here’s the deal. Will you celebrate the birthday of the Greatest Document Ever Written to govern a nation or will you put on that hat you got last summer, you know the one that holds six cans of beer and has a straw running to your mouth, and join the festivities at the Congressional Irish Wake?

If your answer is to skip the wake and join the Birthday Party, the Restored Republic of the United States is where you will find that precious document being honored……

This article contains one that I have not written but deals with information imperative to the survival of our nation and outlines some of the grievous ways in which a foreign corporation has taken complete control over our lives, yes even our very ability to survive. The Right to Contract: Selling your Life to the Government

One of the unalienable rights of all Americans is the Right to enter into any contract whatsoever. This natural Right is of inestimable value to free people. Without it, many of our rights (i.e. to acquire, own and possess property, to engage in business as we see fit) have little or no meaning.

However, each American carries the responsibility of exercising and preserving his/her own rights. If you do not jealously guard and protect your rights, then certainly nobody else will.

Almost everyone I meet today wants to know how it is that things have become so oppressive, how government has taken control over so much of daily life, and how America the land of the free has apparently become America the land of the enslaved. My reply is, America is still the land of the free. It’s just that most Americans have used their natural Right to contract to give up their natural rights!

Each of you has the Right to engage in any contract whatsoever, even a contract in which you surrender your rights! In order to maintain your freedom in today’s world, it is essential that you clearly understand this.

Rights or Privileges

It is necessary that you understand the distinction between rights and privileges. A Right is something which you possess simply because you are a living human being. Your rights come from your Creator; they do not come from any government and no government can ever take them away.

On the other hand, a privilege is a gift of the State (capital “S” denotes the corporate State) and as such can be regulated or even taken away by the government. In law, the acceptance of a privilege or benefit always incurs a liability, even if you do not know you are receiving a privilege or benefit, and even if you do not know what the liability is.

Which Citizen Are You?

Each American born in one of the fifty Union states possesses natural rights to life, liberty, travel, the pursuit of happiness, contract, acquiring, owning and possessing property, etc. State Citizens (with a capital “C”) hold all rights which formerly belonged to the king of England (Lansing v. Smith, 21 D. 89). Each Citizen is naturally endowed with all rights as described in the Declaration of Independence and protected by the Constitution for the United States.

Unfortunately, most Americans have unknowingly given up these rights in exchange for the government “privilege” of being a “United States citizen” (with a small “c”). U.S. citizenship has been ruled by the Supreme Court to be a privilege (Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43; United States v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542, 549). It entitles you to receive benefits from the federal government, such as welfare, food stamps, unemployment insurance, Medicare, SSI, etc.

It is interesting to note that any government benefit may be obtained more securely through the private sector. So, nobody needs to be on the government dole.

Social Security Adhesion Contract

The most notorious contract responsible for the encroachments on our personal freedom is embodied in the Social Security application, Form SS-5. This form is attached to an adhesion contract, which means that you can agree to its terms or not, but you cannot alter the contract in any way.

This contract establishes you as a United States (federal) citizen. By accepting the privilege of U.S. citizenship you have waived your unalienable rights and given up the protection of the Constitution for the United States.

Every time you sign your name to Form W-4, IRS Form 1040, endorse the back of a check, check the box on a government form identifying yourself as a “U.S. citizen” etc., you renew your contract with the federal government.

If you are like most people, your parents originally obtained a Social Security number for you, thereby binding you to the federal government’s adhesion contract. Most likely, they were unwitting accomplices to the government’s efforts to subjugate the population. However, when you turned eighteen and did not revoke this contract, you agreed to its terms just as if you had originally signed it.

Unconscionable Contracts

However, there is a provision in law that requires all parties entering into a contract to do so knowingly, willfully, and voluntarily, with full disclosure of all of the terms of the contract prior to signing. Otherwise, the contract is considered unconscionable and an act of fraud, and may be nullified and revoked dating back to its original signing; anything that takes place under the terms of an unconscionable contract is void, as if it never happened in the first place.

This means that technically, you are entitled to a refund of every penny you ever paid into Social Security, federal or State income taxes, SSI, Medicare, etc. Don’t count on a refund, though. You’re not likely to get one unless you are prepared for a lengthy court battle, and even then, the odds of your winning in the corrupt United States judicial system are very low. If you don’t want to engage in such a struggle, then just consider yourself fortunate to be out from under the thumb of government regulation and leave it at that.

Licenses

Social Security is by no means the only government contract which has been used to subject the people to a jurisdiction foreign to them. State issued licenses and registrations represent another type of insidious contract that State and federal governments use to control people.

A license is a permit issued by the State, for you to do something that, were you not licensed, would be illegal. The State retains all control of your behavior with regard to the act being licensed. The State can revoke, suspend or amend your license at any time; you have no rights as long as you possess the license. Take a look at some of the things which we have been told require licensing by the State. Are they inherently illegal?

Right to Travel

As a Citizen, you have a natural Right to travel upon the public roadways. Various state and U.S. Supreme Courts have ruled that this Right extends to and includes the use of automobiles. You cannot be required to pay a fee or tax in order to exercise this natural Right. Drivers licenses and vehicle registrations represent fees which, if they were required of all Citizens, would do exactly that.

Today’s drivers license was originally just a certificate of competency, confirming that you were trained in the operation of a motorcar. Today’s drivers license is permission by the State for you to conduct commerce (drive) by operating a motorcar. Taxi drivers, truck drivers, and chauffeurs are among those who require licensing by the State.

We have all been told that we must get a drivers license; it has even been made into a cultural “rite of passage”. Nevertheless, if you transport persons or property without charging a fee or fare for doing so, there is no legal requirement for a state Citizen to have a drivers license or vehicle registration!

Property of the State

Notwithstanding this fact, lower courts throughout the land ignore the law in favor of raising revenues. There is even an ordinance in the City of Thousand Oaks, California that clearly admits this to be true. At least, they’re honest.

Government takes the position that you are a franchisee of the State, and as such, you are considered to be property of the State. You are a natural resource. In California, the State taxing authority is called the Franchise Tax Board.

Criminal Police

If you travel without paying registration or license fees, you are likely to be stopped and given a ticket some day. In some States, laws have been passed authorizing the police to confiscate vehicles when the driver is operating on a suspended or revoked license. This requires the police to make a determination that you are a commercial entity; a determination the police are not legally qualified or authorized to make.

If you are ever in such a situation, do not leave your car! Your car is like your home: it is your private property and the police cannot enter it without first showing you a search warrant and affidavit, both signed by a magistrate. Open your windows a crack only, keep your doors locked. You do not have to submit to orders by police, but you should cooperate wherever possible. Remember, you are a Sovereign Being and do not have to obey laws which violate your natural rights. Police who try to enforce such laws are themselves criminals.

Limited Jurisdiction

The most significant thing to understand about traffic laws and vehicle codes is that they have limited jurisdiction and only apply to “United States citizens”, not to state Citizens. This is because state Citizens are supreme in America and can only be governed by their own consent.

It is also important for you to understand that when you obtain a drivers license or register your car as a “motor vehicle” you are entering into a contract with the State, which gives them permission to regulate your behavior with respect to your car and its operation. Without this contract the State has no legal authority over your natural Right to travel.

Be very careful! You must learn about the applicable laws of your state. You must accept full responsibility for the consequences of standing up for your rights. Many people in positions of authority in government are openly hostile toward Citizens who assert their natural rights under the Constitution. Some Judicial Districts in northern California have even coined the phrase “constitutionalist” and apply it freely and with disdain to those who want to live free from government. Supposedly impartial judges have openly expressed their disinterest in hearing “constitutionalist” arguments. These are violations of their oaths of office. These judges are also criminals.

You are likely to meet with great resistance if you choose to assert your freedom to travel and other rights. I believe that meeting this sort of resistance is the price of freedom.

Marriage Licenses

What about marriage licenses? Getting married is not illegal so why is a license required? The truth is, it isn’t. However, the government has successfully trained the population to believe it to be necessary to obtain a license before marrying, thus giving the government greater control over the people. For example, by obtaining a marriage license the husband and wife make the State “guardians of their morals” (81 CA2d 871, 185 P2d 381).

Originally, these were called “intermarriage licenses” and were permits for the marriage of a white person to a black person. Back in the days of open slavery in America, black people were not considered to possess the same natural rights as white people. Blacks were thought of as property. They had no Right to enter the contract of marriage. Therefore, if a white wanted to marry a black the couple needed to obtain the State’s permission. Further, the State retained control of both parties to the marriage. A marriage license invites the State to have an interest in your marriage and the fruit of your marriage (i.e. your children).

Right to Conduct Business

It is an inherent and natural Right for all Americans to be able to engage in and conduct business; that’s why America has been called the land of opportunity. Business licenses represent another contract with the State, transferring control over your business to the government. Why would you do that?

Any time you obtain any license you enter into a contract with the State. A license represents transfer of power of attorney over the licensed activity from you to the State.

Today, we are led to believe these and other licenses are mandatory. But think about it. A license is permission to do that which would otherwise be illegal. People were getting married, operating their cars, conducting business, voting, being born before these things were licensed, registered or certified. Why should you give control of your life over to the State? What do you get in return?

Whenever you are confronted with licensing, registering or certifying anything with the State, it is attached to some contract; generally, one which places you under federal jurisdiction, since a Sovereign never needs to license or register his/her behavior. Ask yourself, “Am I a Sovereign or subject?”. Act accordingly.

Common Law Trusts

You can use your Right to contract to protect and defend your family and property. Through establishing Unincorporated Contractual Organizations, Pure Trust Organizations, and other types of common law trusts, you can free yourself completely from government control. Just stay away from government contracts.
Protect Your Rights

Your Right to contract can be used to help you reach for your dreams. But there are those who would subvert this priceless Right to be used for their own ends. Birth certificates, voters registration, business licenses, Social Security, drivers licenses and vehicle registrations are only a few of the contracts of which all lovers of freedom must beware. Remember that your rights carry with them responsibilities: if you don’t jealously and diligently protect them, you may wake up one morning to find that you have given them away!

As I stated at the beginning of this article, the information contained herein is at the very heart of our everyday lives in this country. There are far reaching consequences which the article does not delve into but are even worse than those it does; by signing a Birth Certificate you have relinquished all rights to your child for instance. Remember also that by inadvertently entering into a Marriage License you have given the State the right to a legal interest in your marriage and its issue. Your children ARE that issue although you do not have to be married to sign yet another adhesion contract such as the Birth Certificate. The fact that you have not been given the truth before signing it holds no sway with the court system as their stand is “ignorance of the law is no excuse” and they will not protect you. Let that sink in and then go read my prior article “What You Don’t Know Can and Will Hurt Your Children”, over again.

Adhesion Contracts Adhesion contracts are those that are drafted by the party who has the greater bargaining advantage, providing the weaker party with only the opportunity to adhere to (i.e., to accept) the contract or to reject it.

Unconscionable Contracts An UNCONSCIONABLE contract is one that is unjust or unduly one-sided in favor of the party who has the superior bargaining power. The adjective unconscionable implies an affront to fairness and decency. An unconscionable contract is one that no mentally competent person would accept and that no fair and honest person would enter into.

Not all Adhesion Contracts are also Unconscionable Contracts in that the terms of such contracts do not necessarily exploit the party who assents to it but it is surely Unconscionable when you are deliberately being kept in the dark as to the nature of it as in the signing of a Birth Certificate. Regardless of how the courts CHOOSE to interpret the matter the fact remains that your corporation government knowingly tricks you into “entrapment” every day of your life by withholding the truth that you do not have to comply with their rules or accept their contracts. In fact they do not stop at withholding, they perpetuate the lies by passing unlawful legislation, providing our children with false information in school, and prosecuting those who know no better when they do not comply with those unlawful rules and regulations put in place by a government with fictitious jurisdiction over you.

Other types of Adhesion Contracts you routinely enter into unawares:

• Insurance policies: Almost all insurance policies are adhesion contracts. As the insured, you have no power to bargain and you either take the insurance policy or you don't.
• Housing: If you attempt to rent an apartment or a house, you will have to sign a lease. The lease is an adhesion contract because the terms are non-negotiable. The same thing goes for many other goods and services, such as buying a car or ordering a computer.
• Tickets: If you go to a baseball game, a cruise, or valet park, most likely there will be small print on the back of the tickets. This is considered an adhesion contract; once you purchase the ticket, you are bound by the terms of the small print contract even if you were unaware it was there. 
• IRS FORMS: (ALL OF THEM) OPTION : Do not ever sign any IRS form. Those forms are very cleverly worded traps. A free man is not liable to any Federal corporation just by being born upon this land. The only way one can be held liable to the IRS is by contracting for a benefit. Do not accept any government benefit.
• BANK ACCOUNT:
  You might want to take a look at your signature card for your bank account. It says, "I agree to be bound by all the rules of this bank." Ask your bank manager for a copy of all the rules you have accepted criminal liability for by signing that card. They cannot give the entire mass of those rules to you because the bank's rules include all statutes of the "Secretary of the Treasury" of the Federal Reserve. When you sign that application you've agreed to be taxed, searched, audited, and controlled by the IRS. All FDIC/FSLIC State and Federally chartered member banks of the Federal Reserve are "instrumentalities of the Washington Government."
• ENDORSING CHECKS:
  It is best not to use checks at all.
  When you sign a check with only your name, you validate your use of the "Mark" (dollar sign). This is an invisible contract binding you to the rules of "The King's Commerce."
• DRAFT REGISTRATION:
  Selective Service Registration places you under the jurisdiction of the military.
  OPTION: Do not do sign any contracts, and the State will have no jurisdiction over you and therefore be unable to enforce any requirement to register for the draft. The State will not even know who to send the form to.
• POSTAL SERVICE:
  The postal service is a federal agency that tracks, logs, and sometimes reads, all mail sent by or to you. This mail is a powerful record and testimony to your contractual legal status of "Federal Resident" which you do not accept.
  OPTION: Address mail:
  Forwarding Agent
  Street
  City, State-spelled-out (i.e. "New Jersey", not 'NJ') and optionally Zip code (if necessary)
  Never identify yourself as a "resident" of anything, particularly a two letter All-Caps Federal Zone, i.e. TN.
• LOANS:
  In addition to placing you under the same Central Bank control as a personal bank account, borrowing money from the world is forbidden by the Bible:
  "The borrower is slave to the Lender."
  "Owe no man anything except the debt of love." ... "Debt is a curse." ... "the Lender's the head and the borrower's the (butt) tail."
  OPTION: Never borrow money from the world.
• ANSWERING TO THE ALL CAPS NAME:
  (This point is hotly debated but the answer is valid, no matter the exact meaning of the capitalization.)
  Look at your bills. Do they list your name as "John Yoder" or "JOHN YODER"? Every time you answer to YOUR NAME by paying a bill with your personal signature, you strengthen the legal connection between your flesh-and-blood-self and the fictional "US PERSON" who is under State jurisdiction and is surety for the national debt.
  OPTION:Terminate any relationship with anyone who requires that you do business with them as your NAME spelled in ALL CAPS. Insist that your Name be spelled in proper English literary style: e.g. "John Yoder." If you unfortunately 'own' registered land and thus have to pay property taxes, have someone else pay the taxes for you, or pay by cash. Get a receipt, and don't sign anything.

“The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385) passed on June 18, 1878, after the end of Reconstruction, with the intention (in concert with the Insurrection Act of 1807) of substantially limiting the powers of the federal government to use the military for law enforcement. The Act prohibits most members of the federal uniformed services (today the Army, Navy, Air Force, and State National Guard forces when such are called into federal service) from exercising nominally state law enforcement, police, or peace officer powers that maintain "law and order" on non-federal property (states and their counties and municipal divisions) within the United States.
The statute generally prohibits federal military personnel and units of the National Guard under federal authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within the United States, except where expressly authorized by the Constitution or Congress. The Coast Guard is exempt from the Act.”
Keep in mind as you read the rest of this article, that last paragraph above.
Many people are unaware of the multiple covert actions being taken against them such as REX 84, FEMA’S Blueprint for Martial Law in America, short for Readiness Exercise 1984. (This should raise major alarms in your mind!)REX 84 is a plan enacted by the U.S. Federal Government to test their ability to detain large numbers of United States citizens. Plans for roundups of massive numbers of citizens are historically constructed during times of increased repression. This one enables the government to arrest and detain citizens without charges or stated reason. It was but one of the many measures which have been taken to lay a foundation for Martial Law in the United States.
“The Rex 84 Program was originally established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA.  Really? Gee I wonder why Arizona is being invaded and the federal government has posted the fact that a wide corridor of the Arizonan desert is occupied by criminal foreign forces and therefore not safe to travel through? Is it just me or do you too, smell a rat?
The Existence of the Rex 84 plan was first revealed during the Iran-Contra Hearings in 1987, and subsequently  reported by the Miami Herald on July 5, 1987”

To date many so-called disasters have been staged as nothing more than practice drills for plans put in place to dissolve the United States;
Director/Producer of “Mad as Hell”, Aaron Russo maintained a close friendship with David Rockefeller who told Mr. Russo eleven months before 9/11, there would be an “event” which would lead the United States to invade Iraq and Afghanistan. The operation of 9/11 was so poorly planned that even the collapse of building 7 was reported on national news 20 minutes BEFORE it fell on a BBC network! Immediately after the disaster evidence was being destroyed and gag orders issued on main stream media. Multiple witnesses have reported explosions heard before any planes hit the towers. Overwhelming evidence of the presence of Thermite, (pyrotechnic composition of a metal powder and a metal oxide,) was detected in the debris of the buildings which supports the contention that the buildings were not brought down from fire or structural damage caused by the planes. Remember building 7 was not even hit by a plane. There is far too much evidence to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that this disaster was not caused by a handful of Muslim extremists armed only with box cutters aboard commercial airliners (video footage of the second plane clearly proves it was not a commercial airliner) for the mastermind element of the U.S. Government and the Bilderbergers to get away with it. Unless, a massive propaganda campaign could be successfully launched to distract and discredit those with the presence of mind to question what was before their eyes the culprits would be rooted out.
Almost immediately President Bush announced that “no Conspiracy Theories” would be tolerated. Why would he do that? There hadn’t even been time in the shock of the moment for people to realize and say to themselves, “wait a minute something doesn’t add up” , let alone to form an opinion. There have been constant efforts since that day to discredit any person who questions the fabricated story given the public. They are labeled 9/11 Truthers (since when is truth or the quest for it a crime in this country?).They are put on MIAC lists of possible domestic terrorists and targeted by the puppet media. Think about that for a moment. Have you ever felt personally threatened by another person asking you a civil honest question? Have you ever felt that it would be appropriate for those you elect to public office to vilify you if you disagree with something they do or expect an explanation for their actions while in office? The next time you hear that term 9/11 Truther, stop and ask yourself, what does that mean? Why would my government NOT want to answer questions? Why do they act as if I am too stupid to be trusted with the truth? Could it be the truth is so bad I might react in a way which would hold them accountable? In short, THINK before you judge or condemn your neighbor for asking questions and THINK before you accept at face value that which is pouring from your television set especially the news de jure being served up by main stream media.
Why are groups like these whose members are obviously powerful with connections to wealth and political influence,  never the subject of the evening news, Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderbergers, etc.? Why are all the meetings behind closed doors with millions of dollars being spent in security to keep the goings on secret from you? Do you really think these people are smarter than you? Do you think they should be able to form plans regarding your country and your freedom without your knowledge? If so, I suggest you just pack your bags and head on over to a Communist country where you will fit right in with the rest of the sheep and get it over with.
OPERATION GARDEN PLOT   this document signed by the Secretary of the Army, is hereby assigned as DOD Executive Agent for civil disturbance control operations. Under Plan 55-2 he is to use airlift and logistical support, in assisting appropriate military commanders in the 50 states, District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and US possessions and territories, or any political subdivision thereof.

Included in this document: “If any civil disturbance by a resistance group, religious organization, or other persons considered to be non-conformist takes place, under Appendix 3 to Annex B of Plan 55-2 hereby gives all Federal forces total power over the situation if local and state authorities cannot put down said dissenters.” Tea Parties? Religious Celebrations? Tax Protests? Town Hall meetings?

“Annex A, section B of Operation Garden Plot defines tax protesters, militia groups, religious cults, and general anti-government dissenters as Disruptive Elements. This calls for the deadly force to be used against any extremist or dissident perpetrating any and all forms of civil disorder.”

More…. This plan could be implemented under any of the following situations:

“(1) Spontaneous civil disturbances which involve large numbers of persons and/or which continue for a considerable period of time, may exceed the capacity of local civil law enforcement agencies to suppress. Although this type of activity can arise without warning as a result of sudden, unanticipated popular unrest (past riots), it may also result from more prolonged dissidence.

This would most likely be an outgrowth of serious social, political or economic issues which divide segments of the American population. Such factionalism could manifest itself through repeated demonstrations, protest marches and other forms of legitimate opposition but which would have the potential for erupting into spontaneous violence with little or no warning”…In other words, if any of us should object in an organized way to anything our government does TO US!

“(2) Planned acts of violence or civil disobedience which, through arising from the same causes as (1) above, are seized upon by a dedicated group of dissidents who plan and incite purposeful acts designed to disrupt social order.” Think hard on this part. How many planned events in the past 19 months have been attacked before they took place by the main stream media with warnings such as, “there will likely be violence in the streets”, or “groups of radical racists”, or clips of Nancy Pelosi near fake tears with concern over the so called dangerous rhetoric spoken at these events. How many false accusations have taken place in the media such as “congressmen being spat upon” or racial slurs being thrown that NEVER TOOK PLACE? Why have there been literally millions of people attending Tea Party rallies, town hall meetings, 9/12 events and the 8/28 rally held this summer which were slandered beforehand and yet the main stream media deliberately either doesn’t report or attempts to greatly reduce their significance? The media goes so far to vilify the events beforehand that many who would otherwise attend are fearful of doing so, why? The Militant New Black Panthers are allowed without interference to intimidate voters at the polling places, why? One of their leaders is caught on camera saying he “hates crackers and they must be killed and their babies killed” and yet he is not labeled a racist but the grandmother wearing an Impeach Obama T-shirt at a Tea Party is, why? The federal government staunchly refuses to aid states like Arizona in closing the borders against invasion and in fact attempts to sue them twice when Governor Brewer takes the matter of protecting her people into her own hands, why?

There has been NOT ONE incidence of violent action which was not directly instigated and carried out by liberal extremist groups acting for the government thus far and thankfully each one was exposed and thwarted before the innocent could be vilified.

THERE IS BUT ONE REASON FOR ALL OF THIS! THE GOVERNMENT IS PUSHING THE PEOPLE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO INCITE THE VIOLENCE WHICH WOULD GIVE THEM THE EXCUSE TO ENACT THOSE POLICIES ABOVE AGAINST THE PEOPLE. TO DECLARE MARTIAL LAW, DISARM AMERICA AND PUT THIS COUNTRY UNDER ONE WORLD GOVERNANCE AND U.N. CONTROL!

Because of the internet and globally wide spread information networks the elite and their twisted agendas have been stripped naked and lay before the people, exposed to the light of day. Have you stopped to ask yourself why our federal government, specifically the President, the speaker of the house, Nancy Pelosi and others would now be trying to sneak through the re-institution of the “Fairness Doctrine” in regard to the internet? HUH? Can you think of a single media available to every person, which is fairer than the internet? Anybody can put anything they want on the internet. Anybody can start a blog for free, or for a nominal price, obtain a server and establish a web site or a web business. All opinions of any kind can readily be argued, cases stated on both sides. You don’t need to hope some editor somewhere will publish your thoughts you can do it yourself. Just as I am doing right this minute! Why then would such a thing as the “Fairness Doctrine” be needed? If the answer isn’t obvious you should possibly just give it up right here and go back to whatever so called “Reality Show” is airing on TV right now. The “Fairness Doctrine” would give them the ability to SHUT DOWN any opposing viewpoints to massive indoctrination and there is no other purpose for it! That is in fact what it was first used for in radio and television. Control of the media and that of education is basic and imperative to any plan involving the takeover of a nation!

THE PATRIOT ACT, The Act dramatically reduced restrictions on law enforcement agencies' ability to search telephone, e-mail communications, medical, financial, and other records; eased restrictions on foreign intelligence gathering within the United States; expanded the Secretary of the Treasury’s authority to regulate financial transactions, particularly those involving foreign individuals and entities; and broadened the discretion of law enforcement and immigration authorities in detaining and deporting immigrants suspected of terrorism-related acts. The act also expanded the definition of terrorism to include domestic terrorism, thus enlarging the number of activities to which the USA PATRIOT Act’s expanded law enforcement powers could be applied. This one has led to the governments belief that the people have NO RIGHT to trial, privacy or Habeas Corpus!, all rights guaranteed under our Constitution! It has given them the power to DO ANYTHING THEY WANT TO US WITHOUT FEAR OF RETRIBUTION!

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” The first amendment to the Bill of Rights clearly states that the federal government HAS NO POWER TO TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST A PEACABLE PEOPLE!
There are only a few reasons an American man can be excused from doing as our Constitution demands when our government becomes a dictatorship involved in covert actions against the people; he is handicapped, he is mentally challenged or he is comatose. There are only four reasons he would not choose to defend his rights and those of his family and countrymen; ignorance (and if you have read this article or any of my prior ones you can’t claim that), stupidity (again if you were able to read this article you probably don’t fall into that category either), fear, or corruption. So, since the first two don’t count because you have read this far, we are left with fear and corruption. If corruption is the reason you are reading this then you are here because you are a part of the criminal cabal and intend to use my writings against me, have fun, I couldn’t are less because the other reason, “fear” holds no sway with me. We are left with just one reason a fully alert, mentally adept and physically able man would not obey his Constitution, FEAR.
Fair enough but let’s analyze that. What is it exactly you are afraid of? Retaliation by the government and the above mentioned silly tactics they are using to protect themselves from being held accountable when their crimes are exposed? We are roughly 300 million people in the United States alone, there are only approximately 10 thousand of THEM worldwide, give or take a few and there are only 535 of them in Washington D.C.(excluding of course those you could count on one hand who have not as yet sold their souls). Why do you think they have used the U.N. to facilitate the use of foreign troops against us if we object to being enslaved? They know our American military is made up of our own sons and daughters and they take their oaths to protect us not to kill us or harm us in any way. I can tell you for sure that if my son were still in the Navy he would not raise a hand against me no matter who ordered him to. The same is true for our militia and our National Guard Units. Those troops are also full grown intelligent persons and for the most part loyal to their country and her people, not to mention their families. We are not talking about “Hitler’s” Brown Shirts here. Although Obama has been trying to create such a force since he took office, he is nowhere near capability of successfully using a domestic military force against the people. Why would the federal government need to enlist the aid of foreign troops or brain washed children to defend itself against YOU and ME if it were not scared witless of being caught and held accountable for the crimes it has and is committing against us?
As the Emperor of Japan said after WWII, Americans are ARMED! This is the only reason we have not been successfully rounded up and incarcerated in labor camps already. There is absolutely no reason to have these measures in place to control a peaceful people unless you are planning to do something which will render them NON-PEACEFUL!
Are you afraid of losing your job? NEWS FLASH! It’s in the plan you are probably either going to lose it anyway or very shortly when the economy is deliberately collapsed altogether your job will not afford you enough pay in a week to buy a roll of toilet paper! Not even dollar store single ply!
Are you afraid of what your friends, family and neighbors will think if you take a stand? HELLO! What do you think they are going to say when they are looking you straight in the eye from inside the gates of a labor camp and they find out you knew what was going on, but you did NOTHING? Even worse than that you failed to tell THEM what was going on so they could make their own decision.
Every American now needs to get one GLARING REALITY in their heads! Those measures I have written about and many more ARE GOING TO BE USED AGAINST YOU! They were not devised for nothing. They are not there to protect you or any other peaceful person. They will be used whether you stand or not! So you can sit and wait for that knock on the door (if they use civility and knock instead of using a battering ram), or you can stand and take your country back first!
All of this should make you whopping mad and I truly hope it does but remember it is designed to make you whopping mad in the hope that you will react in a pre-conceived way, in violent action. DON’T! The guilty have put into place measures to defeat you by force if you should fight them. They are so cock sure that you can be manipulated into action that they have overlooked the obvious. What if the people stand peacefully? En-masse? What if most of the 300 million people in this country simply stand and say, shoo fly you bother me? Remember, the eyes of the world are on the United States and the government does not control ALL of the global media, not yet. They cannot take aggressive action against a peaceful people and justify it.
WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE POWER! So stop wallowing in manufactured fear of a foe which is made simply of smoke and mirrors without the substance of a drop of rain in the grand scheme of things. Stop fearing a pathetic group of self indulgent over fed, over aged, spoiled brats whose only claim to fame is the theft of the world’s wealth and take it back! Our founders would roll over in their graves at the sight of the American people bowing down to these amoral, twisted individuals who think they are smarter than everybody else and by reason of their fictitious level of intelligence, deserve to rule the planet! Now go back to the top of this article and read that second paragraph in “The Posse Comitatus Act” OVER AGAIN!

THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM

The fact that something is fundamentally wrong in America today is almost impossible to miss, but what is it at that fundamental level which defines the cancer which is eating our once great nation away at its core?

The answer is found in the most fundamental aspect of America, her language. Somewhere along the line the English language contained in Webster’s dictionary has been replaced by the progressive’s promotion of alternative definitions. The words of our founders are twisted to fit political agenda, words like “among” in our Constitution somehow miraculously become other words like “within” in order to justify the unconstitutional passing of laws by a bloated federal government but that is merely an effect not a cause. The cause lies in the alternative definition of one word, the word which defines the nation. That word is Republic!

The erosion of our liberties and the destruction of this nation begins for us at an early age when first we attend school. Today our children are taught the United States is a Democracy. Even our President refers to it as such. We are hard pressed to find a single adult person on the street who knows that it is not a Democracy or what the difference is between that and the Republic which our founders gave us.

We could spend hours here defining the difference but for the sake of simplicity and space I will put it plainly. In a Democracy 5 wolves and 1 sheep would vote on what to have for lunch and the sheep ends up on a spit over a slow flame, why, because Democracy is “Mob Rule.” In a Republic the sheep gets an equal voice and lunch will more likely involve a nice Caesar Salad.

Why then are we taught a blatant lie about the very foundation of our nation? There is a difference between deliberate lies and the continuation of them. The alternative definition began long ago when the Progressive movement gained power in the early 1900’s. Back then it was a blatant lie, today it is an unintentional lie on the part of our children’s teachers. They are not purposely teaching our children falsehoods; they are simply teaching forward that which they have been taught.

Some might say, “well so what, does it really matter what we call it?”, oh yes indeed it does matter. It matters because of the motive behind the lie, not the lie itself. The motive is couched in the definition of Democracy, “Mob Rule”, and the Progressive agenda.

On the extreme left wing of the Democratic Party, within our Congress, there is a Progressive Caucus which is affiliated with the Democratic Socialists of America, or DSA. The DSA is the American affiliate of the Socialist International. Socialists believe in subverting and transforming the system from our Republic free market system to a Communistic collective one by “boring from within.” They prefer deceptive legislation even if passed by duplicitous means to achieve their goals as they know the American people are basically still a society grounded in traditional liberties. These Congressmen have gone to great lengths to disguise their authoritarian colors when seeking office. They may walk and talk like the rest of us and even seem to be sympathetic to our concerns but the reality is they are dedicated to a “fundamental transformation” (where have we heard that one before?) of our nation into a One World Communist Style government. Their actions are obvious when we see Congress turn a blind eye to higher taxes, runaway spending, nationalization of private enterprise and health care, federal opposition to closed borders, massive entitlement program expansion to the vilification of every day Americans and even the nation itself as our president dedicates himself to the destruction of international friendships in favor of alliances with the enemies of the free world.

The single most successful attack on our Republic from the progressive movement is the slow disintegration of our educational system and the resultant self entitlement attitudes of our youth. All it takes to convince an entire society to go along with Socialist Communism is to replace the definition of the word “right” in our documents from that of inalienable God given right to the conception that it means “want”. We have an entire generation of individuals now who basically believe they have a “right” to whatever they “want” and that it is the government’s duty to provide it for them. The concept of personal responsibility has no place in a Socialist society. Indeed the concept of “self” is obliterated by the notion of collectivism.

America has battled Communists in war, in propaganda campaigns, in the media and as late as the 50’s, in our schools…. Only to find they have done exactly what they said they would do, “take America from within”, as they are right in front of our faces sitting in our United States Congress busily putting their heads together to find ways to subvert our Constitution and shove their agenda down the throats of the people even if they have to do it behind closed doors or resort to bribery, blackmail or the character assassination of those who disagree. These people support and promote a welfare state that oppresses poor people, especially minorities, who then become their constituents, left-wing judges who are willing to subvert the democratic power of Congress by making laws from the bench ,mandatory public education, mandatory labor unions, mandatory racial quotas, mandatory health care, land-grabbing environmental regulation and thought control in the form of hate speech legislation, then they turn around and become downright libertarian when it comes to pornography, abortion, sex, drugs and other agendas which destroy American values.

Many of these so-called leaders maintain close personal friendships with Communist leaders around the world like Fidel Castro. They validate and praise the heinous acts of maniacal animals like Hugo Chavez and Che Guevara These people follow the agenda laid out for them by the DSA and therefore their allegiance is not to the United States of America but to a foreign body. This of course, according to our Constitution, Article I, Section 9;

“No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States; And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince or foreign State.”,

Is High Treason and while that would most certainly carry a possible death penalty should they be tried, it is also an impeachable offense however only the Senate can do that and they too are infiltrated on both sides of the isle with enough individuals whose interests do not lie in the security of this nation or her sovereignty, to prevent any impeachment proceedings from taking place.

Even though this president has gone to great lengths to surround himself with avowed Communists and place them in positions of power it is important to point out that the Socialist legislations and policies did not begin with him. Remember for instance that the MIAC Report lists identifying everyday Americans as enemies of the state and the Patriot Act designed to dissolve American liberties, the false flag event of 9/11 (explanation here), and the deliberate collapse of our economy was begun during the Bush administration. While Democrats are now blatantly subverting the nation, the Republicans are far worse; they don’t have an up front and visual Socialistic Caucus from which we can easily identify them.

It is evident when watching the growing Tea Party movement or the numbers in attendance at the recent Restoring Honor Rally on August 28^th, the people have committed themselves to cleaning out Washington D.C. come November, but what they don’t realize is that by booting the Democrats out of power and replacing them with Republicans they will have done nothing more than switch players on the same team.

Those of us old enough to remember the 50’s when we were put through nuclear attack drills in school, where we crouched under our desks, (yes I know how ridiculous that is and I did feel rather silly under that desk), also know the true history of Socialist regimes. We know for example that all Socialist regimes in the history of the world have led to massive suffering, genocide, pestilence and starvation, police state executions of those who opposed and the devastation of whole cultures. So why would seemingly intelligent adult human beings be so hell bent on transforming America into one? Simple, they truly think they are smarter than all who have gone before them and the only reason their Utopian Fantasy has never worked is because it just wasn’t done right.

On Labor day 2010 the Marxist and Socialist movements are calling for a push to orginize a new political party.  The “Labor Party”.   Joel Rogers of COWS and Apollo Alliance, ( Apollo authored Obama’s Stimulus package) started out setting up a 3rd party based on Marxist philosophy in the mid 1990s
Socialists will not stop until their collective thirst for power is satisfied.  New York already suffers from a similar madness with the  “Working Families Party” ,using Fusion Politics to elect 3rd party candidates to skew the election by posting candidates of the WFP on both Democrat and Republican ballots.

For those who doubt the existence of a Communist agenda in the current administration, think back on what then “Senator Barack Obama”, said during his campaign for the presidency….. "Judge me by the people with whom I surround myself.”………..

1.   In his words, “The Best Education I ever had”… Saul Alinsky who taught him the use of class warfare, Trojan Horse tactics, hidden motives by deception, master manipulation and how to instill a feeling of total defeat in the opponent.

2.   Gregory Galluzzo.. Alinsky’s “Greatest Disciple” who taught him collective property ownership, the principles of wealth redistribution, the need for power and militant activism.

3.   Frank Marshall Davis, Communist leader and author who bitterly opposed Capitalism. Mr. Marshall praised the Soviet Red Army, was under FBI investigation and fled to Hawaii from Chicago. He was Obama’s childhood mentor in Hawaii from age 10 to 19.

4.   Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Black Liberation Theologist who was Obama’s pastor for over 20 years and was his “father figure”. Reverend Wright is well known for his practice of condemning America, instilling Class and Racial Warfare and claims the U.S. Government created AIDS to “kill blacks.”

5.   Louis Farrakhan, a radical Muslim leader with ties to the Black Panthers (would explain why two of those ranks were allowed to intimidate voters and get away with it), who calls Obama “the Messiah”, states “Allah will destroy America because America is the Great Satan”

6.   Dr. Khalid Al-Mansour, a Radical Muslim Black Panther who funded Obama’s education. This one is truly scary when in his words, “There will be the largest bloodbath in America” or “Tear the flesh out of the white people, don’t worry Allah want you to do it.”

7.   Michelle Obama, his wife who calls America, “just downright mean” and said “for the first time in 26 years I am proud of my country.” She views America as strictly Black vs White and regularly quotes Saul Alinsky in her speech.

8.   ACORN, an organization who’s Socialist Welfare Agenda uses the poor as leverage, pushes wealth redistribution, trains militant activists, pushed sub-prime mortgages and has perpetrated massive voter fraud. Obama trained ACORN on Alinsky, paid them $832k in July of 2008 and served as their attorney.

9.   Bernadine Dohrn and Bill Ayers, Self-Proclaimed Communists and members of the “Weather Underground” who claim among other things….”I didn’t bomb America enough”(said that on 9/11), “Kill the rich people”, and plotted to overthrow the U.S. Government.

These associations were before Obama became the president. It has since become much, much worse. He has filled his cabinet with czars who are among the most extreme radical ideologues in the world today.

How did this happen you might ask? It happened because somehow, we missed the existence of the Elephant In The Room! That Elephant was not Obama or any of his radical friends, that Elephant has a different name, its name is COMMUNISM!

Our government, including all three branches, from the Congress to the White House has already been taken by the oldest enemy of civilization, Socialism, so there is nothing left to do but abandon it. We must do as our founding fathers instructed us to do in the Declaration of Independence….

“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
