WHEN FIRST YOU PRACTICE TO DECEIVE

It’s been awhile since I updated everyone on the Turner “inmate detention plan” as I have been greatly occupied with measures which really will and do make a difference for the people. Things like turning the tables on debt collectors and making them pay instead of being a victim, jury nullification, preparedness and survival skills etc. Some while back I turned over all evidence of Turners crimes, plans and lies to the “chair” of his so-called Judicial Committee charged with the task of investigating the missing ID machine and money. This of course was a red herring as Turner thought he had chosen someone he could control and thus direct the findings. Imagine the surprise when the gentleman turned out to be fully honorable and equally tenacious. I do wish I could have seen the look on Turner’s face when he realized he had mistakenly appointed a true “man of the people” to that post.

The whole thing backfired when the investigator discovered the truth of the machine, the money and the false accusations associated with it and found that one lie led to hundreds more and he expanded the scope of his investigations. The rest of the committee though were better chosen by Turner and opposed the chair when he sought to demand all evidence be heard, seen and included. At first Turner demanded the investigator “turn over all evidence” to him before presenting it to the people. When that didn’t work he simply manipulated the committee to remove the chair. Many threats and attempts at intimidation via email went back and forth but still the investigator held his ground. Same poop different day! Unfortunately for Turner though the honorable man still holds in his possession the evidence and will in his own manner use it when the time is right in the appropriate way.

Fast forward a few weeks to the time when I obtained a recorded call of the RuSA “Integration and Immigration” committee where four people discussed how they would prevent ANY persons of ANY faith other than theirs (fanatical Evangelical Christian), from being Americans…. Some trick if you can pull it off. I played the call and shared some related history on a Sunday blog talk radio show. Two or three weeks later another recorded call made its way into my hands. This one was a Republic Round Table Call for December 8^th, 2011. On this call Turner rants and raves in his juvenile fashion about how the state of Texas (the whole state and all its elected officials), had rebelled and sent him a letter declaring their unanimous refusal to “obey his laws” and therefore were kicked out of the Republic and it was irrefutable, permanent and not reversible. In truth the “letter” Turner claimed he had, was a complete fabrication. There had been no letter making such claims or statements. Instead there had been demands for truth from the Texas Jural Assembly! Those demands and communications had been published on the Texas web site right out in the open for all to see; http://www.therepublicstateoftexas.org/

Again I shared the recording on a Sunday radio show and then read aloud from the actual words of the Texans what had actually taken place, once again exposing Turner for the blatant liar that he is. Of course more threats ensued against the good folks in Texas including the threat of a law suit for slandering the liar. It doesn’t take rocket science to hear a man lie and then see the evidence of the lie to conclude he is nothing more than a pinheaded hillbilly prevaricator but it’s up to the people to add two and two and come up with four.

While all of this was going on I had become involved in a project I was asked to do as a direct result of an action taken by the state of Pennsylvania that had gotten the attention of some very powerful individuals who had determined that by accident or design Pennsylvania had discovered the single, simple requirement for the people of this nation to declare themselves free, independent and apart from the criminal corporation in Washington D.C.. As many of us have been trying to point out for so long, YOU ARE THE ANSWER. All it takes for the people to return to true Republic governance is to make the statement to the world and do it. Thomas Jefferson told us exactly that in the Declaration of Independence. Indeed we are instructed and required to do that if we should find ourselves under a despotic and tyrannical central government. We are not told to organize a second de facto dictatorship to replace the first one or to ignore the intent of our founders like the Turner round up gig CONTINUES to do.

As it turned out all that is needed is for a simple majority of states to duplicate the actions of the state of Pennsylvania and send the appropriate NOTICE to the world through the Hague. Do not mistake me I did not say APPLICATION FOR RECOGNITION, OPINION or PERMISSION. What I did say was NOTICE, simple, straightforward and firm. We are Americans, we need no recognition, permission or foreign approval to be so. In hindsight it should have been the first clue that Turner was a liar and a de facto employee when he insisted over and over again that the people must “get RECOGNITION from the Hague” to be American and for his silly little “Interim Government” to have “standing”. The Hague is nothing more than the watchdog for the UN therefore asking them for standing or recognition is nothing more than asking the Fox to agree the Chickens are free to leave, think that would ever happen? Since when do Americans ask permission to be free? However we have through ignorance, duplicity and deceit consented to the power of the illegal corporate governance in D.C. that we are currently being victimized by and because we have done that our military has been under the direction of a false “Commander in Chief” instead of the true Civilian Authority of the people. Therefore until the people unite and declare the D.C. Criminals not to be a lawful government, the military has no power to act on their behalf. Simple.

It took less than a day for Turner’s sycophants to infiltrate the conference calls with other states to share the procedures for duplicating what Pennsylvania had done. In fact the first recorded call was used to twist the intent and name me as a leader of a group in opposition to the so called “Republic” in an article on the official “kiss up” newsletter site. Turner then made completely false statements to his followers on another “Round Table” call and claimed the states involved had sent documents to the Hague which had been rejected and returned because “he is recognized” as the real President and his Republic as the true government of this nation. Now I won’t even go into how ridiculous that is because for any clear thinking adult, I don’t need to and because I need no defense.

What I will say is this. There is no group. There are no leaders. There is no organization and there have been no documents sent across the pond from any state except Pennsylvania. These idiots will not be privy to when they are and will have no control or influence as to the result. It’s simple folks, all it takes is for the people to unite in the right way and I will share no more details on that at this time. The time for details will come shortly and Turner can spin all the lies he likes, nothing will change it.

In the meantime Turners lies are about to bite the “followers” in the posterior. Recently he filed a law suit in the name of the “Republic and all those within” against the U.S. Federal Government. If it really were a law suit, which it isn’t as it states no claim for relief and no grounds for suit, just a lengthy religious rant and juvenile tantrum, it wouldn’t be of much consequence as there are literally hundreds of suits filed against the government at the moment that do have substance. So why did he do it? Well by effectively naming all those involved (having signed up for) in the Republic as plaintiffs, he has created the “excuse” for turning over the data base of personal info to the feds. Naturally he has claimed not to have such a data base but many of you out there will remember the rather heated controversy created in November of 2010 when he instructed Kelby Smith and C.W. Wright to turn over the data base just of elected officials to me…. Hmmm don’t have one Timmy? I still have it don’t you?

After I shared publicly, again on the radio the fact that in any law suit you most certainly do have to identify any “John Doe’s” you include either as plaintiff or defendant, Turners idiots published another misleading rant to convince the innocent they were in no danger and wouldn’t be identified. More lies. Law suits are something I do have experience with and the Federal Rules of Procedure are clear on this issue. You don’t get to sue somebody, anybody not even the government incognito! So what happens when this convoluted cry baby rant is ruled frivolous or the U.S. Attorney files a motion to dismiss with summary judgment? Those “anonymous” plaintiffs will share in monumental monetary judgment at the very least. Bad as that prospect is I don’t believe it to be the underlying motive as I am fully aware of what Turners true mission is.. To render unto Caesar that which Caesar thinks is his… all those patriots who would pose resistance to NWO.

Turner has been forced to make his final play now that his Merry Band of Followers has begun a rapid downhill roller coaster ride as whole states leave and truth is spread preventing growth, it’s now or never. On the other hand just creating an excuse to hand over the names to his bosses won’t get the job done. Homeland Security has to have a better reason than just another fruitless law suit to begin rounding up the patriots. 

It appears that reason may be at hand. DHS will do what it does best, create a false flag event to use as a catalyst to enable them to declare RuSA a nationwide, extreme right wing, religious terrorist cult intent on over throwing the U.S. Government. That’s all they need to begin snatching up Americans under the brand new NDAA and begin filling those ready and waiting FEMA CAMPS.

Sadly a recent tragedy may be just the ticket. We lost a great patriot and his small son last week in what appeared at first to be just a house fire. As it turns out for many reasons it is being investigated as foul play. Some of his friends who are privy to certain facts concerning the night of the fire have been interviewed and it has been revealed that the investigation is focusing on Tim Turner and RuSA.

Now we all know Turners bunch are no more threatening in that way than the Apple Dumpling Gang. For one thing none of them have the testicular fortitude to attempt such a crime. Secondly there are others, including me, which are far more of a threat to Turner than this wonderful man and his small son. In reality the facts of the case point much closer to home so why would the state investigators want to target RuSA? Why would they even ask about RuSA?

After the previous tragic deaths of Jerry Kane and son and Billy Foust and the media twist to label them “sovereigns” if the government can manage to pin a double murder or even claim the suspicion RuSA is in any way responsible they have their catalyst. We know the ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center as well as the media has been labeling it as such for quite some time.

Congratulations to all those with enough common sense and self preservation to not only leave RuSA but do so with paper work to prove both the fact and the date of their departure. Perhaps the fact that I am making the West Virginia intention public will thwart that avenue. We can only hope.

In the meantime I have been sent more documents and recordings from early in the entrapment plan which I will be sharing on another radio program probably next week. While organizing some of my evidence when searching for a particular document I came across one I had overlooked in the past. I had read it before of course but had never noticed the date it was created. September 20, 2010. The document came from Turners private group of government planners and lists him as President. Well so what? Except if any of you recall and I surely do as I was there that night, when did the so called “election” with only one candidate take place? September 23, 2011. Same old same old rigged elections but Turner style this time and even better than all the others, no chance for failure when there are no other candidates!

THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS

From TSA employees sexually groping old ladies and children to Amish farms being invaded by non governmental agencies with no jurisdiction and swat teams used to remove innocent victims from fraudulently foreclosed homes, we find ourselves embroiled in a reality that would challenge the best sci-fi fiction author in Hollywood. Instead of the usual, “how are ya”, the statement I hear most often is “they can’t do that” and I want to ask, “what makes you think so”?

The plain and simple fact is that so long as the American people allow these things to happen, “they” can do anything “they” want to. Until we can somehow manage to undo the great damage done to this nation with the use of the media and the Department of Education the average Joe on the street is going to continue saying “they can’t do that”, and just going about his business instead of doing something to stop them. Sadly that education is not going to happen in time to save our country. The time for debate, discussion, education and enlightenment has passed.

While we were busy trying to explain to our friends and neighbors that everything they have ever been taught about our nation and its corporate government was false the same twisted individuals who took us into countless wars for profit (see article below http://restoredusa.blogspot.com/2011/11/theft-of-nation-bankers-manifesto-of.html ), are busy orchestrating the final take down of America in order to enslave the entire globe under their NWO control. There are no innocents in the corporation there are only levels of guilt and complicity.

While patriots across this once great nation gather and form organizations, movements, groups and quasi governments like RuSA (actually a corporate entrapment plan in itself), they are all missing the glaringly obvious answer there all along and written in our founding documents.

The Unanimous Declaration
of the Thirteen United States of America

Notice first the title, it does not say United States. It says United States of America. Through careful manipulation of education, media and constant rhetoric we the people have come to believe we live in the United States instead of the United States of America and there is a GRAVE difference. What exactly is the United States? Therein lies the great truth as the United States is a corporation, well documented and equally well disguised to silently and completely engulf, ensnare and infiltrate all levels of governance in existence among the states of the union of the United States of America. How can a corporation be a government? It can’t but so long as the people are indoctrinated into believing it is it can sure act like one. Can you be a citizen of a corporation? Of course not but you can be duped into being an employee of that corporation and that is just what you are the moment you accept one of their “corporate employee identification cards and documents” ie; birth certificate, social security number, drivers license, passport, hunting license, marriage license and on and on, all corporate employee perks and privileges and not one of them lawful under our Constitutional Republic.

That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

Do we not understand clear English today? Do we not understand the difference between being a corporate employee and a free man or woman who has the choice and the freedom to decide to what and to whom we will give our consent?

When you find yourself working for a company or an individual you cannot abide or under fully intolerable working conditions what do you do about it? Do you just say oh well that’s life, I’m miserable but it is what it is? I hope not as life is just too short to spend it in perpetual misery. If you have an ounce of gumption and self respect you are more likely to tell that despotic boss to “take this job and shove it”.

The un-ratified, unlawful and wholly illegal 14^th Amendment didn’t free the slaves, instead it put every man and woman from that day forward ON THE PLANTATION! It, in concert with the Reconstruction Act made all of us corporate employees instead of citizens. So what are we doing working for a boss we abhor, a boss who has decided to rule every waking minute of our lives, a boss who is telling us what to drink, eat, breath and even think? Now we know even the paycheck was a lie because the money isn’t real. So what do we do about it?

WE QUIT!

That’s right, just as our founders told us to do, we quit! How do we quit? We put the world on notice that We The People have quit our corporate jobs and returned ourselves to our LAWFUL Constitutional Republics, our Free Nation States known as the United States of America! It is that simple and always was.

It began in Pennsylvania when some intelligent free people realized all they had to do was declare themselves back under the lawful original Constitution for their Commonwealth and put the world on notice thereof and they did it. Suddenly that got the attention of those with the power to support the people with enforcement. That simple action became a call to action for all 50 states to step up, provide a minimum number of signatures on the identical documentation Pennsylvania had created.

Immediately there were conference calls to include as many trusted patriots in as many states as possible to step up to get the job done. Meanwhile the corporate cabal has accelerated its plan for the end game as it became aware of the power suddenly realized and in the hands of those who could wield it. While mainstream media spews days old news and local distractions serious moves are taking place behind the scenes to bring down the corporation and restore the nation, to put the power of self governance back in the hands of the people. In short to return us to that Republic our founders warned us, would be stolen out from under us if we failed in our diligence to preserve it.

The time has come for We The People to QUIT and declare ourselves within our respective states a free and independent people. That is being done and many states have already completed the documentation process done by Pennsylvania which got the attention of our enforcement. I will not go into more detail than that but will list the states here which need solid courageous patriots to step up to help get it done. We are on a very short deadline and will go ahead with all states having completed their document process on the 30^th of December. All states not finished will be listed as Territories pending.

 This is a simple duplication of an action already taken. There will be no discussion, debate or argument for changing it. This nation has quite literally run out of time and the powers that can change it will act with or without us. If they act without this action completed we will find ourselves dealing with chaos, violence and confusion instead of an organized somewhat controlled process of cleaning house and setting things right.

If you are still caught up in the various hype of so called remedies and processes which have been nothing but smoke and mirrors designed to distract and placate it is time to come THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS and step into reality. There are two choices for humanity at this point in our long history, submit or resist. There is no possible liberty, freedom or future for you, your children or grandchildren involved in submission but as our Creator has always made clear, the choice is ultimately ours.

If plantation life suits you and you don’t mind being treated like a trained monkey by all means do nothing, although if you think your life is going to stay as it is now you are in for a rude awakening very soon.

THEFT OF A NATION BANKERS MANIFESTO of 1892

 This document was written and presented in 1892. It is truly scandalous conspiracies by its own words to subvert the U.S. Constitution, control all aspects of American government and create the imminent collapse of this Nation we are seeing unfold before our eyes today. Congressman Charles A. Lindbergh, Sr. revealed the Bankers Manifesto of 1892 to the U.S. Congress somewhere between 1907 and 1917.

We (the bankers) must proceed with caution and guard every move made, for the lower order of people are already showing signs of restless commotion. Prudence will therefore show a policy of apparently yielding to the popular will until our plans are so far consummated that we can declare our designs without fear of any organized resistance.

Organizations in the United States should be carefully watched by our trusted men, and we must take immediate steps to control these organizations in our interest or disrupt them.

At the coming Omaha convention to be held July 4, 1892, our men must attend and direct its movement or else there will be set on foot such antagonism to our designs as may require force to overcome.

By thus dividing voters, we can get them to expend their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us, except as teachers to the common herd. Thus, by discrete actions, we can secure all that has been so generously planned and successfully accomplished.

There is a great power grab under way, and a people without personal savings or homes are more easily controlled. JP Morgan Chase received the assets of Lehman Brothers in a deal brokered by the government and the Federal Reserve. Washington Mutual, AIG, and Wachovia Bank are also being consolidated into an ever smaller number of super banks that are all controlled by a cabal of bankers, the same cabal that control the Federal Reserve.

TWO UNHOLY WITNESSES AND 1913

1913 was a pivotal year for the banking elite. The number 13 is a number revered by occultists, and is featured prominently in the formation of America whose Masonic founders incorporated this number extensively in the nation's symbols. Just before passage of the Federal Reserve Act, Congressman Charles A. Lindbergh Sr. declared:

Heart of an Evil Empire

The Internationals, having successfully completed their takeover of the American currency, need to fund this fraudulent and unconstitutional system.  The Federal Reserve Act called for the funding of the “reserves” in the amount of one billion dollars.

The newly appointed handpicked board of the “Fed”, were all handpicked by “Colonel” House, who was the new government in-house watchdog, working directly for the bankers.  House’s job was to control the Congress and President Wilson.

House picked who else but some of the same conspirators from Jekyll Island; Paul Warburg who left his $500,000 per year job as a Kuhn Loeb partner to take a $12,000 per year job with the Federal Reserve Board (What a guy) and the chairman of the Fed, who was, none other than, Benjamin Strong, of the J.P. Morgan interests.  As it turned out, the man responsible for the destabilization of the currency, to start with, now was in control of the currency.  The International bankers were in a position of power that Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson had warned us of.  They were the central bank for the United States of America.

It was obvious to these civic-minded low-life’s that as the American economy grew, so too would their required investment.  They wanted none of that.  After all this was a big world and there were wars to finance, natural resources to exploit, and whole countries that required their special brand of attention.

However, thanks to Jekyll Island, plans were already underway to make the American citizen pay the freight and heap the profits into their darkened vaults.  INVOLVE AMERICA IN A WAR!!!     

A condition precedent to establishing an income tax on the American worker was to create a demand for large amounts of money, (involvement in a war) then secure an amendment to the ever irritating U.S. Constitution.  As the founders of this country prohibited any form of individual income tax being assessed upon its citizens, this task would not be easy.

But with a little smoke and mirrors, pay off a few of their new converts in the Congress, along with the president, and they felt confident they would prevail.  Colonel House was given his instruction as to who must be strong armed, paid off, watched, and to make sure that it happened.

Jekyll Island accomplished for more than producing a plan for the stabilization of the currency and the creation of a central bank.  If the amendment was not ratified, then the Secretary of State was to proclaim to the House that it had been.  Colonel House was to take charge and arrange with the Secretary of State, Philander Knox, President Woodrow Wilson, and Senator Aldrich to quickly announce the 16^th amendment as having been ratified, then hide the real results from the world.  This amendment was necessary if the Central Bank was to be adequately funded and not require their capital.

Therefore, when the Federal Reserve System was put in place, the necessary constitutional amendments would already be law with legal support to fund the currency system, by imposing a tax on the wages of the American people, if ever needed.  The taxing amendment was sold to the American people as a tool to tax the wealthy and would have no effect on the average citizen.  This arrangement was quite acceptable to most of the populations.

The ultra wealthy, however, knew of the amendments’ coming, and placed their entire fortunes into trusts, foundations and endowments which were to forever remain tax exempt.  The wording was of paramount importance.  If the language were to clearly say what it meant and clearly express its intent to tax the citizens on their income, it had no chance of passage.  The language must be so ambiguous that an effective argument could be made either way, in describing its intent or ultimate effect.  The interpretations of law could wait until it became necessary to implement the tax and, by that time, they would have the necessary political muscle and judiciary support to achieve any interpretation they wanted.

By reviewing certified copies of the voting records of the states on the 16^th amendment and then comparing what the Secretary of State proclaimed to the Congress, it was apparent to this author, and any reasonable man or woman, that the greatest lie and fraud of human history had been perpetrated upon the Congress and the entire nation.  The 16^th amendment was never ratified.  It was, and is, a fraud.  Any constitutional amendment, leaving Washing to the states for ratification, has a letter of instruction attached.  This letter from the Secretary of State clearly instructs the legislative bodies, to vote yes or no, on the proposed amendment.  The letter of instruction emphatically stated that no revisions were permitted, not a comma, capitol letter, or word change.

Immense pressure had been placed upon all of the legislators by this special interest group of bankers.  If they were ever to see any campaign support in the future, their support was required to pass this amendment.  The legislatures of the states containing politically astute men realized that they must vote for the amendment.  But their honor dictated that they must change the structure so that a yes vote would be meaningless if passed, as a change having been made to the amendment, would therefore make it a nullity.

This is the position taken by all 36 states who allegedly voted for ratification.  No one of the states returned the amendment without modification, and many having not ratified, were said, by the Secretary, to have ratified,  So, on the 25^th day of February, 1913, the sixty-first Congress added to our constitutional body of law the 16^th amendment.

This is the first fraud.  There were to be many more in the years to come.  Fraud is a felony and there is no statute of limitations on ongoing fraud.  Each time you will out a 1040 form for the I.R.S., you are innocently compounding a felony.  Under our system of law, an individual to be charged and found guilty of a crime must have two elements established and proven by the prosecution.  First, there must be the element of intent; Then MENS REA or intent to violate the law.  And the element called ACTUS REAS, the willful act of performing the criminal act.

Obviously, you the average person are not guilty of these elements.  The conspirators, of course were, as are the present day pack of Jackals.  They are equally guilty of both elements of fraud, in that they perpetuate the fraud and know of its existence.

I have classified the principles in this book as traitors or stupid people.  All members of our government are obviously not traitors, but the ones who are not, qualify in spaces for the latter description.  This information that I offer to you is available to them.  As our public servants, it’s their duty to protect us from the traitors.

It really is pretty simple stuff.  If the law, whatever it may be, is not good for the average American, then vote it down.  Fraud, once proven, nullifies any contract or agreement.  There is no proof better than the proof of experience.  The first opportunity you get, read The Law that Never Was by Bill Benson and Red Beckman.  They have all the proof you will ever need, and both have fought mortal combat with the IRS criminals.  From the day of its creation, the Federal Reserve Bank has not had an audit.  Many times, resolutions have been introduced on the floor of the House of Representative, but never approved.  Wouldn’t you love to see where all of those trillions of your dollars have gone over the past 60 years?  I would bet the fillings in my teeth, taken out without Novocain, you can track every war, famine, revolt, economic collapse, and major drug buy, to the day, if we could see their books.  That will never be permitted.

Not only are our so called elected leaders owned by the money masters and held hostage by the purse strings to their re-elections, they are members of the very illegal, unconstitutional bodies which ensure the demise of the nation ie; Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Trilateral Commission and Bilderbergers, just to name a few. They all have secret Vatican accounts containing what would be to the average American, massive amounts of money stolen and or created as a result of theft from the American people. We see the people awakening all over this beleaguered nation but sadly most who are standing just don’t get it. They think all they have to do is vote the impostor in the White House out and put in a different one or switch parties. What they cannot see is the fact that ALL ARE IMPOSTORS and both parties are an integral part of the same corruption and that corruption seethes in the belly of the beast, The Federal Reserve Banking System.

It all started with the “BANKERS MANIFESTO OF 1892” where the plan was clearly laid out, implemented and pushed forward to the day when a United States President became bought and paid for by trickery, manipulation and a master stroking of his inflated ego. Many will say today Barack Obama is the worst president this nation has ever had. Clearly that is not the case because he is nothing more than a willing puppet for the same masters who bought the highest office in the federal government when they purchased Woodrow Wilson and have owned outright, every president since who was allowed to serve out their terms while breathing.

This is the truth the people on the street need to hear. Truth is the only tool We the People need to identify, remove and prosecute those guilty of crimes against the nation and her people.
