COME BACK TO THE FOLD

“When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.”

Those are the opening words of the Unanimous Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776. Where in those words do we find the instruction to sit, watch and wait for others to do the work, take the risks and then hand to us our stolen liberties all neatly tied up with a big “Red Bow”?

It has taken more than 134 years for a relatively small group of evil, greedy, morally bankrupt individuals to destroy this great nation and all that our founders fought to establish for us. As the years rolled by and our freedoms were slowly stripped away we watched silly sitcoms on television, soaked up propaganda in the form of nightly news, read twisted progressive ideology in the newspapers and magazines, allowed our children to be indoctrinated, poisoned by genetically altered foods and vaccinations, repeated the same mistakes over and over again at the ballot box, and a million other crimes against ourselves , our God and our nation by extension. We allowed our Churches to become mouthpieces of the IRS through the 501c tax exemption and its connected regulations. Those Churches complied and never a word from ministers on the truth of what is happening and as a result, the slow and steady death of a God Fearing nation and its foundational faith is taking place.

In short this nation became a vast area containing complacent, apathetic sheep. Oh sure the sheep bleat a little now and then, complaining with statements like “they should do something” with never a thought to who “they” are, but it isn’t until the feed troughs start looking empty that they really start making some noise. Those old enough to remember what the founders gave us in the first place join Tea Parties and start carrying signs and actively recruiting “Constitutional Candidates” to back in the November elections, still oblivious to the fact that elections are rigged to start with and parties don’t matter. Their short memories don’t allow them to dwell on the past twenty years or so just the current administration as if the removal of the “sitting” thieves will change the theft or somehow reverse it. Left wing pundits spout ridiculous hogwash while right wing pundits promise to undo the left’s extravagance and the people fall for it again, lock stock and barrel.

The corporation wages a war under the excuse of “terrorism and weapons of mass destruction” while the truth is it’s over control of the Heroin trade from the massive poppy fields of Iraq. Of course Iraq’s oil doesn’t hurt either as far as the corporation is concerned. At the same time Eric Holder announces to the states that they need not pay attention to the Move Act law because it won’t be enforced thus those men and women fighting a war over the control of the drugs used to destroy our youth are not sent absentee ballots in time to make their voices heard in November.

Never in the history of our nation have corruption, theft, true agenda and blatant unconstitutional behavior in American government been more glaring and “in your face”! And yet, the majority of sheep still stares at the boob tube and shake their little heads up and down when told the latest lie or fed the latest propaganda.  If they are aware at all of what is happening or that there is remedy they are more apt to whine that they will believe it when they see it on TV than to take any action. They will use oxymoronic terms like “Conspiracy Theory” without a clue what they are talking about and without spending a single moment looking up the facts. They may or may not get up on two feet long enough to carry a sign of protest to the nearest Tea Party rally but the bottom line is they still expect somebody else to fix it.

Fix what, a bankrupt corporation? The only way to fix a flat broke corporation is to bail them out financially… uh where is that money going to come from? That bankrupt corporation has already spent all of yours and mine and a good deal belonging to other nations. Why should they be bailed out at all? Hasn’t the Obama administration proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that you can’t spend your way out of debt? Do people think the Republican’s have some secret gold mine they have hidden away and will magically put the economy back together if they gain control of the house? The ignorance and idiocy of the American people is staggering. Other nations are screaming at us to wake up and stand up but Americans are still wearing blind folds while foreign troops occupy our country, illegal immigrant gangs and terrorists swarm across the borders from Mexico, nine foreign countries attack the Arizona immigration law, the fed puts decent freedom loving people on terrorist watch lists, plans are made for martial law and the closing of our borders not to keep others out but to keep US IN and as if to lay insult to injury they now want to seize 401k’s and other retirement plans to distribute among the more “deserving”. That’s right, you may have worked your fanny off your entire life but somebody else who has never lifted a finger except maybe to cash a welfare check deserves your hard earned money more than you do!

Two days ago I spent a full hour trying to talk some sense into a friend who thinks that nothing can be true if you don’t see it in the news… mainstream news. I have shown him congressional records and mountains of proof as to the truth of the de fact but still he says, “well I don’t come away from that with what you come away from it with, I don’t think it means that”.  Now I can accept that he is brain washed beyond redemption but when he says, “you can’t prove anything you say because I am still losing my house”, I nearly explode. He tells me he will believe the nation is restored when he sees proof in the news. Brain dead.

Here’s the deal America. Each and every one of you out there has a choice. There is no middle ground, no third choice. You either choose to stand with your lawful Republic or you get down on your knees and wait for “massa” to tell you what to do for the rest of your lazy life.

The Restored Republic will stand for you and all that she is able to accomplish will benefit you, only if you make that choice. If you think you can sit on the fence and see which way the wind blows you will soon find yourself blown off on the side of the sinking de facto because you will have no protection under the Republic.

Nobody is going to hand you a job, save your mortgage, re-coup your losses, hand you a welfare check when the de facto is unable to pay, extend your unemployment benefits because you get more than the job at Wendy’s that you could have had. There will be no hand outs only hands up if you choose to stand first. No food stamps to put dinner on the table or milk in the baby’s mouth. In short, no more free rides. Nobody is going arrest the guy next door because he called you a less than nice name describing your race or religion, PC is dead and done. Get over it. The Republic will help you find the tools you need but you will have to do your part.

Americans will have to work, perhaps harder than they ever have before to put this nation right. A literal handful of people have sacrificed and risked great danger to resurrect that which a nation has allowed to lie dormant for 134 years. We will have to re-educate millions of people before they will understand a fraction of what I have said here.

Nothing will happen overnight and nothing comes free. It will take years to undo everything that has been done to us and we will never be the same apathetic complacent people again because we will have learned what it is to work for and build over again that which we squandered.

If you are waiting for proof you will be left behind. The Restoration of this country began with one person and then another and it will go forth the same way. Is it enough just to sign up to support? No it isn’t. If you cannot for some reason volunteer to serve on a Grand Jury, or serve in your individual Republic’s government or offer to help with graphic or web design or declare some other talent you have that can be utilized, the very least you are expected to do is to enlighten your neighbor. If you’re no good at explaining things just send them here to this blog or to the official Republic web site linked on the right side of this page. Print out business cards with the urls on them and pass them out at your next Tea Party rally or the local grocery store. Stop waiting for someone else to solve your problems and take a stand. Excuses are like you know what’s and we all have one and don’t need another. Print this article out and pass it around. We are Americans the most innovative and creative people on earth and we can certainly find a way to get the message out without the help of the mainstream media puppet machine.

This bold achievable strategy and plan for behind-the-scenes peaceful reconstruction of the de jure institutions of government, without controversy, violence or civil war is moving forward.

After a national vote and approval by the body of Republic Assemblies of all 50 states, the plan is now in the implementation phase to accomplish the following:

§  Restore and reinhabit the de jure institutions of lawful government.

§  End the foreclosure nightmare (for borrowing against one’s own credit).

§  End tax prosecutions for resisting the transfer of private wealth to such as I.R.S. (former Puerto Rico Bureau of Taxation).

§  End street assaults against the sovereign People for failing to exhibit a State-issued confession of subject-class citizenship.

§  End all prosecutions which lack an injured party.

§  End admiralty prosecutions for kidnapping and other heinous crimes against mankind as “commercial crimes” against the corporate State under a contrived corporate color-of-law venue (corp. ref. 27 C.F.R. 72.11).

§  End the use of covert contracts such as Form 1040, car registrations, birth certificate applications, and bank signature cards which confess the signer to be a legal fiction subject of the United States Federal Corporation (“U.S. person”) that has waived his/her rights in favor of state-issued privileges.

§  End the use of deeds which classify the People as “tenants” on their own land, thereby transferring control to incorporated County registrars and tax assessors.

§  End the perversion of marriage into a commercial system of state-issued privileges through the so-called “marriage license” whereby incorporated “courts” presume the “right” to trespass on families and kidnap children.

§  End the hijacking of automobile ownership through DMV registrations which covertly exchange the divine rights of travel and ownership for the state-issued “privileges” of “driving” and “title.”

§  In place of all of the above, substitute sovereign identification, diplomatic immunity and sovereign passports to facilitate safe passage throughout the world free from corporate State molestation and terror.

§  Restore the People’s money and wealth from the banking institutions, war profiteers, and international loan sharks.

§  Instantly vest all mortgages, auto loans and personal business loans “issued” by members of the Fed.  The state shall hold no paper on, or debts against, the sovereign People, directly or through its agencies and licensed banking institutions.

§  Instantly end all non-consensual and unlawful taxation including all taxes on the sacred rights of labor and privacy.

§  Empower and inspire the sovereign People to righteousness through such renewed abundance.

§  Issue orders to the military and police powers to enforce the Peoples’ divine rights of birth.

§  End the perverse act of requiring the People to pray to “courts” as is now required under corporate rules and traditions.

§  Restore the de jure judicial institutions including the district court of the United States and the one supreme Court.

§  Quietly mirror the strategies of 1933 thereby using their (our) institutions, military and public officials to undo eighty years of subterfuge without provoking alarm, controversy or armed conflict.

§  Forgive all corporate actors who repent for their State-sponsored crimes against mankind.  Remove the recidivists from office.

§  Do all of the above, and more, peacefully, discreetly, quietly and honorably, behind the scenes, without public proclamations or provocative actions against a general public that is mostly unaware of the hijacking of their free de jure American republics, and their hapless media.

Our nation’s history and the subversion of our Constitutional Republic:

The United States exists in two forms:

1. The original United States that was in operation until 1860; a collection of sovereign Republics in the union. Under the original Constitution the States controlled the Federal Government; the Federal Government did not control the States and had very little authority.

2. The original United States has been usurped by a separate and different UNITED STATES formed in 1871, which only controls the District of Columbia and its territories, and which is actually a corporation (the UNITED STATES CORPORATION) that acts as our current government. The United States Corporation operates under Corporate/Commercial/Public Law rather than Common/Private Law.

The original Constitution was never removed; it has simply been dormant since 1871. It is still intact to this day.

This fact was made clear by Supreme Court Justice Marshall Harlan (Downes v. Bidwell, 182, U.S. 244 1901) by giving the following dissenting opinion: “Two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions; the other to be maintained by Congress outside and Independently of that Instrument.”

The Restore America Plan reclaimed the De Jure institutions of government of the 50 State Republics in order to restore Common Law that represents the voice of the people and ends Corporate Law that ignores the voice of the people while operating under Maritime/Admiralty/International Law.

This occurred when warrants were delivered to all 50 Governors on March 30, 2010.

The rewritten Constitution of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION bypasses the original Constitution for the United States of America, which explains why our Congressmen and Senators don’t abide by it, and the President can write Executive Orders to do whatever he/she wants.

They are following corporate laws that completely strip sovereigns of their God given unalienable rights.

Corporate/Commercial/Public Law is not sovereign (private), as it is an agreement between two or more parties under contract.

Common Law (which sovereigns operate under) is not Commercial Law; it is personal and private.

To understand this document, you need to understand some basic terms. Visit www.usavsus.info for complete understanding. The basic terms are:

§  De Jure – Existing by right or according to law; original, lawful. Common Law operates under De Jure terms.

§  De Facto – In practice but not necessarily ordained by law; in fact, in reality. Corporate Law operates under De Facto terms.

§  Sovereign – A real person. Sovereigns can own property while Citizens/Subjects cannot. According to the original Constitution, all government comes from the Sovereign Individual. Without the Sovereign Individual, there is no government.

§  U.S. Citizen/Subject – A corporate fictitious entity that merely represents the real person. It acts as a “strawman.” [To call oneself a "sovereign citizen" or "sovereign subject" is an oxymoron, since "sovereign" and "citizen/subject" are mutually exclusive of each other.] When asked if you are a “U.S. Citizen” on corporate legal documents, if you check “yes,” you agree to the terms of Corporate Law and unknowingly relinquish your sovereign status and transfer all of your rights to the UNITED STATES CORPORATION since you are now under contract.

§  Corporation – A non-human, fictitious entity. Corporate fictitious entities are denoted in all caps. This includes the names of Citizens/Subjects. Your fictitious “strawman” entity is addressed in all caps, i.e. JOHN SMITH, rather than John Smith.

§  Common Law – God’s law. Common Law and the system of De Jure Juries apply to sovereigns in disputes. In Common Law, contracts must be entered into knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally.

§  Admiralty/Maritime Law/International Law – The King’s law. Deals with criminal acts that only apply to international contracts. Under this law, the people are no longer sovereign. The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) that the United States practices is based on Admiralty Law. Under the UCC, contracts do not have to be entered into knowingly. Simple agreements can be binding, and as long as you exercise the benefits of that “agreement,” you must meet the obligations associated with those benefits. If you accept the benefit offered by the government, then you MUST follow, to the letter,
each and every statute involved with that benefit. That “benefit” is the Federal Reserve Notes (U.S. dollars). By paying for things with U.S. dollars you are unknowingly giving up all of your Constitutional rights and are legally obligated to follow all of the UCC statues. But you were NEVER told this.

§  Lawful – A term used in Common Law.

§  Legal – A term used in the UCC which applies to Corporate Law.

HOW THE CONSTITUTION WAS USURPED BY THE CORPORATION:

Note by Panama Legal: These are the basic premises adhered to by the people in the movement and the people in the Sovereign movement.

The Government is a Corporation actually functioning as the Federal Government. Thus it does not have to follow the constitution.

Also it does not matter if Obama is not a natural born citizen since it is a corporation he is the head of. The corporation gets the permission of the people to reign over them by deceit.

This is done by wording in the Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, driving Licenses, IRS forms, Marriage Licenses and other documents.

They always refer to the “person” in all capital letters. This means the name represents a corporate entity.

This is how the corporation courts get jurisdiction over you. Their courts do not fly the “reaL” American flag. They use the military or admiralty flag. For a discourse on this try this website: http://www.usavsus.info/

What the theory is goes like this. When you enter a US Courtroom there is a military or admiralty flag flying. The US Military does not have the protection of the constitution; neither does this apply to admiralty laws with ships at sea.

When you enter a court room and cross through that little wooden gate they have and go to the area where the plaintiff (prosecutor) and defendant sit along with judge, court reporter, you are entering a “ship” or a foreign country as evidenced by the admiralty or military flag flying thus the constitution has no applicability and you are under equity law not common law.

The flaw with their scheme is that there is no full disclosure to the people about any of this.

This is a brief over simplified synopsis of the scam run by the federal corporation. End of our comment.

In 1788 (January 1), The United States was officially bankrupt.

In 1790 (August 4), Article One of the U.S. Statues at Large, pages 138-178, abolished the States of the Republic and created Federal Districts.

In the same year, the former States of the Republic reorganized as Corporations and their legislatures wrote new State Constitutions, absent defined boundaries, which they presented to the people of each state for a vote…the new State Constitutions fraudulently made the people “Citizens” of the new Corporate States. A Citizen is also defined as a “corporate fiction.”

In 1845, Congress passed legislation that would ultimately allow Common Law to be usurped by Admiralty Law. http://www.barefootsworld.net/admiralty.html explains this change. The yellow fringe placed at the bottom of court flags shows this is still true.

Before 1845, Americans were considered sovereign individuals who governed themselves under Common Law.

In 1860 – Congress was adjourned Sine Die – Lincoln could not legally reconvene Congress.

In 1861, President Lincoln declared a National Emergency and Martial Law, which gave the President unprecedented powers and removed it from the other branches. This has NEVER been reversed.

In 1863, the Lieber Code was established taking away your property and your rights.

From 1864-1867, Several Reconstruction Acts were passed forcing the states to ratify the 14th Amendment, which made everyone slaves.

In 1865, the capital was moved to Washington, D.C., a separate country – not a part of the United States of America.

In 1871, The United States became a Corporation with a new constitution and a new corporate government, and the original constitutional government was vacated to become dormant, but it was never terminated.

The new constitution had to be ratified by the people according to the original constitution, but it never was. The whole process occurred behind closed doors. The people are the source of financing for this new government.

In 1917, the Trading with the Enemy Act (TWEA) was passed. This act was implemented to deal with the countries we were at war with during World War I.

It gave the President and the Alien Property Custodian the right to seize the assets of the people included in this act and if they wanted to do business in this country they could apply for a license to do so.

By 1921, the Federal Reserve Bank (the trustee for the Alien Property Custodian) held over $700,000,000 in trust.” Understand that this trust was based on our assets, not theirs.

In 1933, 48 Stat 1, of the TWEA was amended to include the United States Person because they wanted to take our gold away. Executive Order 6102 was created to make it illegal for a U.S. Citizen to own gold. In order for the Government to take our gold away and violate our Constitutional rights, we were reclassified as ENEMY COMBATANTS.”

In 1933, there was a second United States bankruptcy. In the first bankruptcy the United States collateralized all public lands.

In the 1933 bankruptcy, the U.S. government collateralized the private lands of the people (a lien) – they borrowed money against our private lands. They were then mortgaged. That is why we pay property taxes.

From a speech in Congress in The Bankruptcy of the United States Congressional Record, March 17, 1993, Vol. 33, page H-1303, Speaker Representative James Trafficant Jr. (Ohio) addressing the House states:

“…It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent. H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress m session June 5, 1933 – Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard and Abrogate

The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.

The receivers of the United States Bankruptcy are the International Bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.

All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War Powers.

With the Constitutional Republican form of Government now dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of government for the United States. This new form of government is known as a Democracy, being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America.

This act was instituted and established by transferring and/or placing the Office of the Secretary of Treasury to that of the Governor of the International Monetary Fund. Public Law 94-564, page 8, Section H.R. 13955 reads in part: “The U.S. Secretary of Treasury receives no compensation for representing the United States…

Prior to 1913, most Americans owned clear, allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens of mortgages until the Federal Reserve Act (1913) “Hypothecated” all property within the Federal United States to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, in which the Trustees (stockholders) held legal title.

The U.S. Citizen (tenant, franchisee) was registered as a “beneficiary” of the trust via his/her birth certificate.

In 1933, the Federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets, and labor of their “subjects;” and the 14th Amendment made U.S. Citizens the corporate property of to the Federal Reserve System.

In return, the Federal Reserve System agreed to extend the federal United States Corporation all of the credit “money substitute” it needed.

Like any debtor, the Federal United States government had to assign collateral and security to their creditors as a condition of the loan.

Since the Federal United States didn’t have any assets, they assigned the private property of their “economic slaves,” the U.S. Citizens, as collateral against the federal debt.

They also pledged the unincorporated federal territories, national parks, forests, birth certificates, and nonprofit organizations as collateral against the federal debt.

All has already been transferred as payment to the international bankers.

Unwittingly, America has returned to its pre-American Revolution feudal roots whereby all land is held by a sovereign and the common people had no rights to hold allodial title to property.

Once again, We the People are the tenants and sharecroppers renting our own property from a Sovereign in the guise of the Federal Reserve Bank. We the People have exchanged one master for another.”

In 1944, Washington D.C. was deeded to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) by the Breton Woods Agreement.

The IMF is made up of wealthy people that own most of the banking industries of the world.

It is an organized group of bankers that have taken control of most governments of the world so the bankers run the world.

Congress, the IRS, and the President work for the IMF. The IRS is not a U.S. government agency. It is an agency of the IMF. (Diversified Metal Products v. IRS et al. CV-93-405E-EJE U.S.D.C.D.I., Public Law 94-564, Senate Report 94-1148 pg. 5967, Reorganization Plan No. 26, Public Law 102-391.)

HOW CAN WE REPAIR OUR COUNTRY RIGHT NOW?

“The Supreme Court has said the De Jure Government offices still exist but the people have failed to occupy them.

Remember Downs v. Bidwell and the dissenting opinion of Justice Marshall Harlan?

He said that two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions. This is one that We the people need to force our elected public officials to occupy – De Jure rule.

We need to change that by organizing Grand Juries and putting our officials back under De jure rule and out of the Corporate (or Military) Rule that they are currently operating under.

Our elected officials will then have to operate under the limits of their Oath of office to uphold the U.S. and State Constitutions, circa 1860. When they violate the Oath it’s a capital crime.

The reason we go back to 1860 is because that is the last time we had lawful laws in this country.

Where do the people get their power to convene a Grand Jury? The Magna Carta, 1215.

Our Founding Fathers looked back to history for precedent when they decided they wanted to change their government.

What they found was the Magna Carta Liberatum, the Great Charter of Freedoms. It set a precedent that changed the face of England forever, by establishing that the King was not above the law.

King John of England signed the Magna Carta after immense pressure from the Church and his barons (the people). The King often lived above the law, violating both Feudal and Common Law, and was heavily criticized for his foreign policy and actions in England.

The Barons, with the support of the Church, pressured King John to spell out a list of their rights and guarantee that those rights would be enforced.

The Barons provided a draft, and after some negotiation, King John put his seal to the Magna Carta in Runnymede, in June of 1215.

Section 61 set rules for establishing the Grand Jury. It states: Since we have granted all these things for God, for the better ordering of our kingdom, and to allay the discord that has arisen between us and our barons (people), and since we desire that they shall be enjoyed in their entirety, with lasting strength, forever, we give and grant to the barons the following security: The barons shall elect twenty-five of their number to keep, and cause to be observed with all their might, the peace and liberties granted and confirmed to them by this charter.

If we, our chief justice, our officials, or any of our servants offend in any respect against any man, or transgress any of the articles of the peace or of this security, and the offense is made known to four of the said twenty-five barons, they shall come to us.”

NOTHING FROM NOTHING LEAVES NOTHING

A global banking cartel controls domestic political policy in this country and has become a crisis beyond sustainability.  As other countries around the world experience the same deliberate manipulation of their national well being at the hands of the cartel creating economic turmoil and collapse some are experiencing civil unrest, rioting and violence. The main reason we have not as yet seen that here is our social safety net programs. Currently approximately 52 million Americans are receiving life-sustaining assistance from government programs such as food stamps, unemployment benefits, Medicaid and Medicare. As a result the safety net system has now been drained of all reserve resources and is itself not sustainable under the current economic and political conditions.

Today an astronomical number of Americans are now living paycheck to paycheck.  77% of Americans are one setback away from destruction and the necessity to rely on government assistance for survival. This is no accident nor is it simply ineptitude by the current political administration. Total collapse is necessary to the “Fundamental Transformation” of America to a third world style Socio Communist state. There are no accidents in politics. As FDR said, nothing happens in politics without a reason. The current administration is not spending us into oblivion because they really believe you can spend your way out of debt. They are private citizens just like the rest of us and they know full well what happens when you write checks on a zero balance; the only difference being that you go to jail while they either get re-elected or just move on with the spoils of theft at your expense and live out their lives in comfort.  If those in power in Washington were that stupid how did they ever get out of high school much less elected to public office? I know our educational system is abysmal and that for generations our children have been taught the opposite of personal responsibility but I’m pretty sure math is still math and they are not taught that something from nothing equals a positive outcome.

Thus far the ruling elite, which are not American, have maintained power by deceiving the masses via mainstream media propaganda. It has been so successful that many Americans will not even entertain the idea that something can be true unless they see or hear it on mainstream news. It’s not until the majority of the population begin to take direct hits on their own personal standard of living that the propaganda system starts to collapse. At this point illusion becomes stark reality and people “wake up” to the enormous scam that has taken them for utter fools.

This “waking up” is immensely evident as more and more people join Tea Party rallies, sign petitions against the irresponsible legislations being pushed by the Obama administration and the speaker of the house and crowd local facilities holding “Town Hall” meetings. The apathetic non-voting majority suddenly feels self-preservation kicking in and survival is pushed to the forefront of their daily activities.

In the meantime the ruling elite are fully aware that by the time Obama’s first term is over the puppet politicians will be voted out of office or they will be dealt with in other ways. It is impossible for them to avoid mass riots and violence when this many people are reduced to desperation and as a matter of fact they are counting on it. The truth of massive corruption and criminal behavior on the part of elected officials is coming out in daily doses via the internet which the elite have attempted to silence but as my granny used to say, “a day late and a dollar short”.

Some in our own military have begun to fight against the administration by refusing orders which they consider immoral, inept or a direct threat to the troops under their command or by the deliberate leaking of information to press agents. I have been informed personally of two incidences where young men coming out of boot camp have stated that they were informed by their commanding officers that they no longer take their orders from the White House.

Intelligence Committee Vice-Chair Christopher Bond said the economic crisis is now “the primary focus of the intelligence community.” As the Army War College has warned, the response to this coming phase of the economic crisis “might include use of military force against hostile groups inside the United States. Further, DoD [the Department of Defense] would be, by necessity, an essential enabling hub for the continuity of political authority in a multi-state or nationwide civil conflict or disturbance.”

Journalist Chris Hedges summed up this report:

“The specter of social unrest was raised at the US Army War College in November in a monograph titled ‘Known Unknowns: Unconventional ‘Strategic Shocks’ in Defense Strategy Development.’ …

The ‘widespread civil violence,’ the document said, ‘would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security.’

‘An American government and defense establishment lulled into complacency by a long-secure domestic order would be forced to rapidly divest some or most external security commitments in order to address rapidly expanding human insecurity at home,’ it went on….

In plain English, something bureaucrats and the military seem incapable of employing, this translates into the imposition of martial law and a de facto government being run out of the Department of Defense. They are considering it. So should you.”

The International Monetary Fund is predicting a “social explosion” due to this crisis. The IMF and World Bank have a long history of creating social upheaval. Leaked documents from within the World Bank refer to the next phase of the crisis as the “IMF riot.”

Journalist Greg Palast obtained classified planning documents, which shed light on the covert economic imperial operations, Structural Adjustment Programs, that the IMF, World Bank and US Treasury have used in the past as a playbook for destabilizing and conquering foreign nations. In the UK newspaper The Observer, Palast interviewed Nobel Prize-winning economist Joseph Stiglitz, who was a former World Bank Chief Economist and Senior Vice President, turned whistleblower. They revealed the four-step IMF plan. Though the strategy is slightly modified based on the nation being attacked, here in the United States we are currently about to enter a variation of step-three, which is currently being phased in throughout Europe.

This step inevitably leads to a significant portion of the population losing the ability to obtain basic necessities essential for survival. Once this happens, riots inevitably occur, or as they put it: step 3.5 is executed.

Here is how Palast and Stiglitz summed it up:

“At this point, according to Stiglitz, the IMF drags the gasping nation to Step Three: market-based pricing - a fancy term for raising prices on food, water and… gas.

This leads, predictably, to Step-Three-and-a-Half: what Stiglitz calls ‘the IMF riot’.

The IMF riot is painfully predictable. When a nation is, ‘down and out, [the IMF] squeezes the last drop of blood out of them. They turn up the heat until, finally, the whole cauldron blows up,’…

What Stiglitz did not know is that Newsnight obtained several documents from inside the World Bank. In one, last year’s Interim Country Assistance Strategy for Ecuador, the Bank several times suggests - with cold accuracy - that the plans could be expected to spark ’social unrest’.”

To sum up, the interlocked IMF and World Bank set the conditions for ’social unrest’ and then once it occurs they move to step-four, which is the ultimate in disaster capitalism - they profit off the misery and the civilian population is then buried in a neo-feudal system of severe debt and poverty……….

To show you how insidious the IMF is, they have recently launched a propaganda campaign to publicly decry deficit budget cuts and austerity measures. However, behind the scenes they have been forcing implementation of them and making their usual demands for cuts in vital social services and public spending, once those cuts are in place, the riots obviously follow.

A recent Washington Post report states:

“IMF issues broad call for US financial prudence
Cut Social Security. Ditch the deduction for interest on home mortgages. Tax gasoline.

The United States recently opened itself to the most intense scrutiny yet by the International Monetary Fund, and on Thursday was offered a bitter pill when the agency criticized some well-defended aspects of American culture — cheap fuel, subsidized housing, and a government retirement check…. “

 Of the utmost importance to note in all of this is the fact that it is the IMF which is the banking cabal that OWNS AND RUNS this country. Elected officials are nothing more than puppets who take their orders directly from a foreign entity and this has been true for more than one hundred years. They have manipulated and brought about every war fought, every financial crisis, recession, depression and instance of social upheaval not only in this country but around the globe all for the personal gain and lust for power of a handful of self appointed elite at the expense of the world’s population.

We find ourselves in the end game of the massive looting of the American and global economy, in a condition where most of our elected officials are millionaires having achieved that status by organized corruption and theft while a government owned and operated mass media deliberately fails to inform us, in fact it marginalizes and isolates the majority of the population in order to facilitate the “magicians sleight of hand”.  Our nation races toward destruction with our permission. That permission is freely given by apathy and silence as first our freedoms are stripped away slowly and then our economy implodes by design. We said nothing when unconstitutional legislations such as the “Patriot Act” were enacted under the guise of protection but with the clear purpose of dissolving our basic rights of freedom from intrusion, theft, search and seizure and while our long standing illusion of property rights was erased. Enter a massive 2700 page Health Care bill containing clear violations of the Constitution and 6 of the 10 original articles of the Bill of Rights. Still the majority of Americans sit on their hands while the few represent the many… or are they?

Gun Owners Buy 14 Million Plus Guns In 2009 – More Than 21 of the Worlds Standing Armies That is 14,033,824,000 billion+ rounds of Ammo in one year!

Of the NICS background checks preformed less than and average .005% were denied, showing, overwhelmingly, that law abiding American citizens are the ones buying guns and that criminals are getting their guns elsewhere. In a year were crime has reached an all time record low what is plainly clear is that more guns equal LESS CRIME!

That was only 2009, I am told the numbers are increasing alarmingly as 2010 nears a close. Unless you can make the case that literally tens of millions of Americans are right wing extremists looking to overthrow the federal government you are left with stark reality. Those millions are waiting for the inevitable collapse and are preparing to protect themselves and their families and loved ones from totalitarian global control and sadly from each other.

It is indeed a crying shame the majority of Tea Party members still believe and are spending their not insubstantial energies on the November elections, convinced naively that all they have to do is put conservatives back in control of the legislative branch. What makes people think that the votes will be legitimately counted in the first place when University of Michigan’s J. Alex Halderman stated this after a test of the internet voting system slated to be used this November..

Within 36 hours of the system going live, our team had found and exploited a vulnerability that gave us almost total control of the server software, including the ability to change votes and reveal voters’ secret ballots. And if you think that's chilling, Halderman goes on to note that all cast ballots on the system were modified and overwritten with write-in votes, all passwords taken --- including the encryption key, which e-voting supporters constantly suggest will keep such systems safe --- before they went on to install a back door to let them view any votes cast later, after their attack, along with the names of voters and whom they voted for...

Even though many Tea Party members know much of what I have been writing about on this blog is true they just can’t accept that they have been lied to and sold, by both parties and there is no difference other than blue and red. Even if the whole house and senate could be taken over by constitutionalists how could it achieve anything when the government itself, the monetary system and even the land and buildings housing that government are owned, operated and controlled by a foreign entity? Nothing a lawful congress might do will be allowed as the executive branch has already demonstrated that it not only has no respect for the legislative, it controls the judiciary and the president simply signs orders to supersede the actions of Congress in the interest of the owner’s agenda.  He assigns regulatory powers to unvetted czars of the worst kind; socio communists and fanatics aiming to reduce America to a third world country and even reduce the world’s population by any means necessary no matter how heinous. An obvious question has never been posed or answered, “how can a corporation make or enforce laws”? They can’t but they can sure give it a good show if the people are stupid enough to cooperate and lazy enough not to object.

Most people are under the assumption that our government still recognizes the original Constitution, that their right to “petition for redress of grievance” actually applies and when it “appears” as though their efforts are paying off as the Republican representatives suddenly stand against issues and block legislation they are missing the obvious. They are missing it because it is so uncomfortable to accept truth. Republicans are every bit as responsible for what is happening to this nation as Democrats. The current administration blames the last at every turn no matter what treasonous act it commits.

The last administration appears to be ok with this. Where is the outrage from George W.Bush when the entire collapse of the nation is laid at his feet? If you were the last president before this one and were being blamed for every criminal act, every outrageously irresponsible policy and the total collapse of the economy would you just stand there like a side show freak and take it? You would if you were part of it, if you were supposed to, had been ordered to and your silence was necessary to the completion of the plan. You certainly would if you were corrupt yourself and had acquired massive wealth ensuring your own continuity, security and prosperity by theft and collusion. You would if you considered the American people useless eaters and the Constitution for the United States just “a (G..D…d) piece of paper”.

How is it that 535 people in a position of power hold massive personal wealth and their constituents are losing their homes, jobs and basic ability to survive? How is it that any of them are “JUST NOW” saying, “Oh my we have to fix this”? How is it that even small business owners fail to recognize what happens when a corporation goes bankrupt? It has been stated and proved beyond a shadow of doubt for years now; the U.S. Federal government is nothing more than a corporation owned by another corporation fed by still another corporation and on down the line to the lowest levels of local government. So why is it that the people of the United States do not get it? What do they think happens when a corporation suddenly finds itself unable to meet payroll? Do they think those employees will simply say, “oh well that’s ok we will work on a voluntary basis from now on. What’s that you say? No unemployment or food stamps either? Uh, well that’s ok we’ll work it out.” As the brits would say, “Not bloody likely”!

Even Ben Bernanke Warns of Looming Economic Crisis, a man who himself helped to orchestrate it. Still the American people follow like sheep the same path which led them to where they are unable to understand the basic rule of life; the same action over and over again will not result in a different outcome.

According to Operation Garden Plot and other official Military and Federal Government plans, our Patriots in whatever form they take be it Tea Party, Third Party members or Militia, etc. are declared a threat to the “continuity of government” and are subject to “round up by force” and disarmament by false claim of national security.  This writer contends that the opposite is true and will quote a very intelligent and astute Australian on that point as he states that he sees the United States corporate government…

Unless the people as a whole do as we are instructed by our founding documents and STAND and not KNEEL, DEMAND and not BEG, UNITE and not DIVIDE, to affect the re-instatement of our lawful government under the original Constitution for the united States of America. WE WILL FALL!

Further, unless the people as a whole wake up to the indisputable fact that they have been scammed by the most successful con game in history and that it is impossible to be a citizen of a corporation and that it is impossible for a corporation to be a government, ALL IS LOST!

Never in the course of human events has basic education and awareness been more vital to the survival of the world’s population, for whatever America allows to happen to her, so determines the fate of the world.

Our founders intended for America to be the great shinning light on the hill, protector not aggressor, sanctuary not prison and we have in our great apathy and laziness let them down.

It is now time for America to understand that complaints, whining, blame and inaction will reap more of the same; that it is now urgent and imperative for each and every individual to remember who they are and stand for the Republic because to sit on their hands and wait for somebody else to hand them any solution to any problem is to ensure defeat.

I am personally sick and tired of hearing words like these, “well I’ll believe we can change it when I see something positive happen like get me a job or stop my foreclosure”. Are you serious America? Who owes you that? Who is it you think is responsible for returning to you that which you have allowed to be stolen? Since when do full grown adults in this nation expect everything should be done for them by somebody else at somebody else’s expense? This attitude is not only alarming it’s disgusting and anybody harboring it should be mortally ashamed of themselves.

Your future and those of your children and grandchildren are in YOUR HANDS and if you choose to hand that responsibility over to anyone else you do not deserve to claim the title “American”!

There are now two choices before this nation. Stand and re-join the Republic or crouch in cowardice until you are told where you may go and what you may do. That’s it, one or the other and if any think the Republic will be returned without hardship, sacrifice or risk they are headed for a very rude awakening and dawn is almost here.

The Republic has been re-inhabited. All three branches of federal government seated and convened as laid out in our founding documents. The individual Republics (states) have seated their governments as well. These people have sacrificed greatly for the good of the whole and now it is your turn! There must be Grand Juries seated in every county of every Republic and proper documents filed. Those juries must begin to set things right through lawful means under the original Constitution while the federal branches hear from the people and determine the wishes and needs of the same in order to proceed.

I say to you America, turn off that TV, get off your butts and take back what is rightfully yours by the peaceful means of re-inhabiting your rightful place.  Help those in need and hold out the hand of charity in any way you can to those most affected by this man made crisis. Remember what I have said in the last article, WHAT IS THE MILITIA AND WHY DO WE NEED IT, only an armed and ready populace can hope to avoid the need for violence. This is why we are instructed by our founding documents to keep and bear arms, to maintain a well trained Militia and to rise to the call when it is heard. Do not be fooled by the propaganda machine which would have you believe your Militia is your enemy. They are nobody’s enemy in fact they are the first line of your defense and the reason you are still to some extent, free. Contact your sheriff; make sure he stands with the people as he has taken oath to do and not with the corporation. In all things be prepared for the worst and pray for the best but most of all stop waiting for somebody to hand you back your freedom on a silver platter because, “It ain’t gonna happen folks”!
